This pharmacy is notorious for only filing with my primary ins & passing the cost on to me. I am disabled & have others pick up my meds. for me and because they don't know whether or not all my ins have been billed they pay. I then have to call and go over each med and the response 9 out of 10 times is "no we didn't but I don't have time to reverse it".

Desired outcome: For Safeway to start doing their job when told other insurance is available and to reverse and reimburse 2026 for all meds not run through secondary insurance
