Safeway review: exit

i was attached today by a guard that accused me of stealing as i tried to exit the store. she started grabbing at my grocery bags. had no idea who she was or what she was doing. she just started grabbing my bags of groceries. i pulled my arms back so she couldn't take them from me. then she stepped in my path so i couldn't exit. st this point she still hadn't spoken. i thought she was s crazy person. then she started grabbing my bags again. since she hadn't said anything i went ahead and asked why she was blocking my path. then she said "you pay". so i said i did pay and left. got about two yards out the store and got upset. came back in the store not more than 10-15 seconds later and she was already gone. i'm very upset. this woman attacked me, tried to take my two bags full of groceries and never once explained word one what her intentions were of why she had such intentions. she never did identify herself. i thought she was homeless at first. but now i think she was practicing hate cause she difn't stop anyone else, she didn't try to take anyone else's groceries, she didn't try to block anyone else's exit. i am extremely upset. she has been inadequately trained, is over zealous, or just plain hateful. or all three.
