Safeway review: Discrimination from staff

Safeway in Surry, BC at 8860-152st (V3R-4E4). While trying to shop for Tabaco products with the cashier, Dave (Safeway staff) interrupted my shopping telling me that I can not shop their. That MY business was not welcome and I wouldn't be aloud to make my purchase.
Dave was loud raising his voice and trying to intimidate me with his threatening body language and inaprpriate words. I felt as though he would tackle me at any moment.
I asked for a manager and got an assistant manager that told me Dave did nothing inappropriate and I couldn't shop there. So now I'm very frustrated and asked for an actual manager and talked with Patricia Lopez.
My only course of complaint was to speak with her Ms. Lopez about what happened and she would TALK with him. I asked for his name and/or employee number and was told NO. There is no reason for this info as their is no other way to complain.
Basically I was verbally assaulted, intimidated and sluffed of when asked to make a proper complaint, seeing as though the manager and other staff was trying to give me the wrong info so that I couldn't make my initial complaint against Dave. My complaint is also against Patricia Lopez because she never gave me any info to make my complaint and NEVER MANAGED the situation at all. I was alot more disapionted and angry after asking for Ms. Lopez's HELP.
