Cashier Ethan A left and walked away check stand register and left it open for more than five to ten mins. While customers waited in line, not knowing what was going on. Upon Ethan's return he was not friend and did not express an apology to customers. Instead, he had a poor attitude of his coworkers, complaining how they are never around when needed.
It is observed Ethan is at work so it must mean he can be dependable. However, he is not nice or friendly. He seems stressed of other's performances, while he can practice improving his own performance.

Desired outcome: Would like to see friendly attitude and welcoming staff. Thank you,:)
