My security system has been down for about six years. I try getting in touch with you but I had no luck you stop charging for some time then you started charging again, but you never got in touch with me, my system was not working, and I couldn't get in touch with you. Now that I put a stop payment on you, I hear from you I can't pay someone for not giving me the service's that I needed. I receive a bill for you today that is the only time I heard anything from you in about seven years. since I could not get in touch with you and you system was not working, I took it out.
