Russells review: zero gas 18olt gec freezer

I bought a ZERO Gas fridge by laybuy the delivered it on 04-11-2019, I switch it on for a month but it was not freezing. I went and complain and the came on 23 December nd took it. I went there on 2 January 2020 but i was told the warehouse people were still on holiday. I have not been contacted since then. I cal the woman who help then but she said shes on leave.im very disaaponted and angry. I even show them pictures of the fridge there was a bump on right.
