Kettal Behaviour at new London store EC1

Last night you held an event at your new London store- Thursday night 24th Nov, which went on with music and large groups of drunk people into the night. Firstly your store is in a COMPLETELY residential area, but despite that, residents tolerated the noise. However what was not acceptable was groups of your guests coming around the back of your shop and urinating in the street on our doorsteps in Dufferin Avenue- a residential street. When asked by residents NOT to urinate there- your guests responded by hurling back abuse and continuing to urinate on our doorsteps. Clearly a lovely group of people representative of your customer base that you invited to our neighbourhood.

I suggest if you do not have adequate toilet facilities at your Kettal store- you DO NOT use it as a party venue. It is, after all, a shop. Today the streets around around your shop and our homes are scattered with empty beer bottles left by your guests (who were too inconsiderate to use bins or toilets).

Since you are somewhat new here, I think you should attempt to be a little more considerate of your neighbours in future.

The council has been notified.

Kettal Outdoor terrace furniture

we have ordered all outdoor furniture from KETTAL group for our sales office. so we have sent the file on 31.07.2018 what we require and approve the detailed excel sheet which has been shared by e-mail by KETTAL. after a while, they share the proforma for approval which they change the products without knowledge. 4 products are wrong and they don't get any responsibility. they say that we can change the list and we need to check everytime they send us a list. so at the 20 th list we don't realize the change
