Rural King review: Returns

Bought a generator on 10/31/2025 took it back yesterday they refuse to take it back still in the box never opened contacted corporate now they will take it back but only give me store credit or gift card that's not how I purchased it they claim they can't take any gas items back but there return policy says once it has had fuel in it or been used this box is sealed in the exact condition as when I purchased it they are a sorry company
