Rural King

A gun dealer sent a shotgun there by accident, every time I called the gun dept lied and said they didn't have the Gun. I had the notification that it was there from fedex. After 3 days and multiple phone calls, I was led to believe the gun was stolen. I filed a police report with the Citrus County Sheriff office for a stolen firearm. When the deputy came to my house I told him fedex said it was delivered and rural king said it wasn't and that I think it must have been stolen! When the deputy called the same gun dept I called they immediately said it was there at the store. I spoke to the manager 2 days later and she tried to cover it up telling me they didn't know the gun was there when obviously they did. The deputy was standing in my driveway when he called them 2 hrs after I called them. This is completely uncalled for and unprofessional. Not only did I waste valuable resources with the police but the management continued to lie about it even when confronted with the truth. This could have all been avoided by simply telling the truth! Instead of telling me it was there and they were trying to send it back to the dealer they led me to believe it was stolen! This is criminal behavior. That gun desk clerk should be fired! Were they trying to be racist because my last name is Lobo!? I'm not even Spanish, I'm of European decent. This is a major problem you have at this store and it should be fully investigated! I am a Purple Heart Army veteran and I am employed by the County. I take integrity very seriously and so should you!
