Rural King review: Customer service

I tried calling the store as the item I wanted was marked as limited availability and I live quite a ways from the store. First, it took a solid 3 minutes or more of letting it ring before someone picked it up. Then, after placing me on hold for 10 minutes, the call was abruptly terminated without a by your leave. No one ever answered it to see what I was requesting.
