Royal Regis Travel & Tours review: The fraud by royal regis with its member

Dear Sir,

I would like to register a fraudulent/cheating complaint for a Company called – Royal Regis Travel and Tours LLC for enrolling me for Family membership while taking a full amount of AED:11,400+2000 Air Travel benefits.

The amount was collected by them in Full on the day one with their lucrative offers on Hotel bookings and Travel benefits which they have described while attending the meeting where they pull our attention through lots of freebie and they will caught while asking us to come and collect those gifts which you need to attend with family and they will catch us there and somehow they will get is convinced for us to enroll for such membership.

I tried to cancel the membership, but they refused to refund the fees. I also tried to avail of their services once or twice, but due to COVID-19 restrictions, it did not work out. When things got back to normal, I tried contacting them for other pre-aligned membership benefits, but they denied granting them, stating that it was a one-time offer during the membership period.

Furthermore, when I attempted to contact them via phone and email recently to utilize my membership benefits, I did not receive any response, and the emails bounced back. In curiosity, I visited their registered office in Deira, only to find it is locked, upon inquiry I found it that I was part of the scam by them and tried many online searches where I came to know there are many other family members also been trapped and one day I come across the below article on UAE local newspaper which disheartened my dreams and wasted my hard earned money.
