Beware! Royal Regis is a SCAM!
Please do not sign any package contracts with them or pay for anything. They just want your money!
My wife received a call from Royal Regis saying that she is one amongst the 5 that won the raffle for a holiday tour package on selected countries that includes 6 nights and 7 days stay to a 4-5* star hotel with bed & breakfast along with the choice of a local prize between a movie ticket and a Dhow Cruise in Creek. We remembered filling in the raffle tickets when we ate at Max's Restaurant beside Al Ghurair Mall. At first, we actually thought it's true.
She was invited to claim the prize the very next day saying that it could only be claimed only that day and I should bring my husband along with our Emirates IDs and that we should allot 30minutes of our time for them to explain the details and use of the holiday voucher and tickets. When we reached the hotel in Deira along with 2x of our relatives, we have been asked to sit with a sales person and was immediately offered with their packages!
Take note of the red flags:
1. The raffle, the prizes were all part of their sales scheme to get you to purchase the tour packages that they offer. Never ever believe this when you receive a call from them about this.
2. When the sales person started discussing about the details of the packages being offered, she first started on Sapphire (they must have chosen our raffle tickets from the very beginning having known of our jobs and profession and the range of salary that we get hence the Sapphire package was initially offered to us - there surely was never a raffle draw done). This costs 20k AED which they say is presently on 50% promotion again ‘only offered at this time' which they can apply on EPP with their affiliated banks for the next 12 or 24 months. This makes you eligible for 35 days travel spree for the next 5 years with the below mentioned benefits.
The sales person will surely talk about your stress-free and cost saver travel through Royal Regis where all flights, hotel stay (with bed & breakfast), airport transfers and itinerary set by them are included. The inclusions even covers up to 10x of your FAMILY MEMBERS (2x + 2x they say)!
3. But yes we declined the Sapphire package, upon declining the sales person offered us the lower package which is the Pearl Package where she literally & clearly emphasized to have the same benefits as Sapphire except that it will be for 21 days inclusions for the next 3 years. Since the offer is promising to us looking ahead in the future to bring our families here and anywhere around the world, we took the Pearl Package and signed the contract!
Later at night I reviewed the contract and there are stipulations in the contract that WAS NEVER MENTIONED AND CLEARLY EXPLAINED by the sales person like the refund policy which has the 30% administrative fees (you will be told that you can get it in full verbally but TAKE NOTE they will not inform you that you can only refund it in FULL after 3 or 5 years NOT BEFORE this time).
Who would have thought that the contract say FLIGHTS ARE NOT ACTUALLY INCLUDED when during the whole discussion by the sales person she have been mentioning about unlimited flights inclusions for you, your family and friends on the package!
4. One worst thing, we took the 24 months EPP arrangement at a confirmed cost of AED 320 per month which is equivalent to AED 7, 680 however Royal Regis has taken off AED 7, 999 of our card which is AED 319 - Yes, we've been robbed!
Upon knowledge of these false information, we have requested for a refund of the full amount and requested to cancel the contract. We are still in the process of getting this with the intervention of the right government authorities.
They have the worst customer service too! Their officers are not apologetic, argumentative and the sales person would get herself away and not claim everything she verbally confirmed during your discussion.
Wooo! Too good to be true isn't it? Well if it's too good to be true, then it's a SCAM! Never ever deal any business with Royal Regis.
We became Royal Regis Sapphire member in 2020. We were scammed as they didn't provided the service that was promised. We want our hard earned money back. Government and police should let them pay back our money.
As a member of royal regis. This is ONLY SCAM. I lost 10k AED! Please help to refund and file a case.
I cant believe they are gone just like that! They get 12,000 aed from for just 1 time. And they cant be found! I didn't get any of there services!

I took pearl members from Royal Regis on 25/02:2020. I couldn't avail any facilities offered due to COVID. My plan will expire on 24/02/2023.
Since last eight months I am trying to contact this company.
I have paid AED 20499 towards their saphire tour package in 2019 ans signed a contract with them , later unable to contact them till now . It looks like they already shut shut down their office in Dubai .

I'm a Ruby member of Royal Regis since 2022 and never used their offerings, now when I want to avail the offered holiday package their emails are bouncing back, no one picks up the call. Office shows closed permanently. What is the way to get our full refund as this seems to be a scam.

In travel package, there is a clause that I will be able to get a full refund plus interest after two years that I havent use my travel package. But the office is now closed as per google. I do not know how I can get my money back. Please help. I hope to get back my hard earned money.

my name is pramna bodala. took membership in 2019. due to covid we couldn't use the holidays and membership extended up to march 2023. want to utilize these holidays. but no proper response from royal regis qatar team. now no phone no's, no whatsapp and no email are working. i want to make police complaint against royal regis.
They eat my money 2019. 9800dhs i paid by my adcb card No replying email.
It was on 2019 where I was attarcted with their offers as we plan to go for vacation. Paid for the full package of emerald membership. Now that we need to move out from the country to migrate and did
not use any of their services and wants a refund, no body dares to answer my calls or my emails. Such a scammers.!
I took package from them on 19th June 2022 and it was a full payment from my side around AED 21000 but now I found I was a fraud.
Also they offered package for 35 days but it was a fake offer and I lost my money.
Please do something and help me to get back the amount.
The event was held at Ghurair mall Centre at Union.
Same here, and now they are nowhere to be found, none of the phones or emails are working. The idea of filing a group complain is great and should be working with government authorities to avoid such scam in UAE.

Same victim of this scam! Please check the FB page i created lets gather all the victims. "Royal Regis Avengers" - name of thr FB page.
Please can we all file a case against them and get our money back . The Government should catch them and help us get our money refunded . I was also attended by Mr Pushkar and fell trap to their sales . I want my hard earned money back . All false promises and comittments made by them.
Advise to the rest of the world do not fall prey to them .

We have been selected on withdraws tickets by Royal Regis (i guess the selections was based on our foreign european nationalities) and then they invite you to collect your wowcher where they make you sit for 3 to 4 hrs. Forget about the wowcher, they are here to force you to buy their travel package. They told us that the amount of the package is on installements that makes you feel that is a very good deal but ACTUALLY the take you all the money at ONCE from your bank account. Ask many times about the installement to Mr Pushkar, who deal us that day AND HE ASSURE US that the amount is deducted every months till 2 years so why all the money have been taken? They are ready to lie on anything to sell their package! Eventhough HE ask me to sign on the contract where there were nothing fill before i signed! Once i went back home i realise that they fill the whole amount of the package on that page without my conscent. This company its really a BIG FRAUD, dont be trapped!
The same day we emailed that we want to cancel it. And we got called to their office in al Mumzair, where Mr Syed, operational manager assist us. They are all one companie,all of them liars, one liar to support the other one , they found a way to point a finger at you! If any one needs help or information please contact me.
