Pearl membership
Dear Complaint Board,
I have had a membership with Royal Regis Travel and Tours since March 2022. I have tried to use their service, but they keep postponing my travel dates for multiple reasons. I have complained to the Dubai Tourism Department, and finally, they said the company is closed and can not handle this case anymore. They advised me to proceed with the court for any refund.
If anyone has a solution or wants to go to other cases.
Royal Regis Holidays WLL - Doha, Qatar - scam - refund my full amount as there is not any services received.
I am a member of Royal Regis Pearl package since July 2022. Due to covid I could not use the package till date. About 1 months ago I went to their office to plan my Turkey package, but I found that their office in Doha, Qatar is locked, and no one is picking up calls and emails are also not getting delivered. Because of address not found.

Desired outcome: Please refund the money I paid in 2022.
Action should be taken to put them behind bars. I need my full refund. What shall we do about it?
Does DED accept toursim related complaints?
Today I tfied to call all lines are disconnected, email not found, how we can file a complain? Memeber since 2021 offer under membership is not avail.
Same scenario also with me. i only availed 2night local stay only. I still have a lot. We need to take a leagal action on this. Have you done anything? Or else we should all get together.
Ruby package
I have paid completely for the ruby package but Royal Regis have completely cheated us by looting my hard earned money reserved for tours and vacations, I request authority to take stingent action on this company to recover the loss I have incured of AED 15,000, they should be punished heavily.

Royal Regis Travel Scam
I am a Sapphire member of Royal Regis Travel services, which I purchased during 2019 through some draw. I haven't used any of my complimentary package yet. When I reached out to plan for my Euro trip in Dec'22, team provided some details to follow. Albeit, now that I am due for Schengen visa appointment, I am still awaiting itinerary details from Royal Regis.
All emails are bouncing back and undelivered. No one is picking up any calls. I have paid 20,000 AED for this membership that was due until 5years. However, with COVID it was not utilized at all and got further extended for next 2 years.
Desired outcome: Need full refund of my entire money.

We stay in Abu Dhabi as 2020 covid we never travelling and 2023 planning and they not lifting the calls and online its showing temporarily closed.

Sapphire Member / Want to plan holidays but they are closed..forever..!!!!!!
Became member in March 2021 with validity of 5 years.
2021 had 2nd wave COVID so avoided travelling.
2022 was under observation to understand that travelling will be safe.
2023 looks promising to travel without any hesitation but Royal Regis is not responding.
Reading so many negative reviews make my heart sink that hard earned money evaporated just like that...!

I think we should join forces a file a group complain or case, many people have been fooled by this guy which is really unnaceptable to have such an open scam in the UAE, it shouldnt be allowed.
This is a big fraud, promising services and not honoring them after being paid big amounts of money...
I realize now after looking for them that so many people are victims of the same scamers.
We can't just let them be and continue to harm people.
I am in to file a group legal case against them to get justice for all the victims.
Even I have been trying to contact Royal Regis Tours & Travels but no success. The consumer complaints board of DED does not accept complaints against tourism sector.
Yes they don't accept on tourism. But when i complained to Dubai tourism, they asked me to case a legal case. We should all get-together
Refund for the services that not received.
I have taken up a tour package for AED 10,800 (Pearl Package - initial validity 3 years) from Royal Regis on Dec 2019 after they had called us in for a seminar which discussed the details of their package and all. And because of the COVID pandemic I could not make use of the package and so for the same reason they had extended the package for an year. As a matter of not using their welcome gift, I was promised that I shall be given a refund of AED,1500.00 which shall be transferred to my account by first week of January 2023. Since then no response to any calls or emails from them. So I would like to file a case against the company for the refund and the compensation for not providing me the service. I have noticed many complaints on the same forum regarding this company and taking the same into consideration how should I move further in getting a solution.

I have taken up a tour package for AED 10,899 (Pearl Package - initial validity 3 years and Due to COVID pandemic validity had been extended by email confirmation) from Royal Regis on Nov 2019. I had utilized very few services initially and later all the time we try booking our service it was not in our Favour to utilize the services due to their fraudulent excuses not to serve us. Mostly i have many services are pending to utilize and i had booked my flight tickets for 29 Jan 2023 04 Feb 2023 for my Travel to Azerbaijan with my family and as part of Hotel Booking charges and additional Adult charges i had also paid them upfront AED 672 bank transfer as well. Even after continuous chase ups, they couldn't serve us for Hotel Reservation and Airport Transfer & Sightseeing Tour. They Had Confirmed in an email on my Hotel Reservation ref. no as well but after reaching to Hotel Its Understood that our reservation was cancelled and i was on the road for a while with my family and my small baby in dark to manage my stay over there.
There was no response to any calls or emails from them. So I would like to file a case against the company for the refund and the compensation for not providing me the service. Pearl membership contract
They promised a voucher of 2000 dirhams plus holiday package of 21 hotel accomodation and I paid almost 11,000 dirhams.. I called them n email them to schedule my supposed flight this coming may but they are not answering my calls and also my email...
I want to refund my money since what they promised is complete lie as if they robbed my hard earned money...

Royal Regis pearl membership
In 2019 we got a call from their office saying that we are selected through some draw and we have won a holiday voucher so we went to collect that and in that they sold us their pearl package but then covid happened and we were unable to utilize any of their services. Now in 2023 we were following them to plan our trip but they were just dodging us by saying you to let us know before 45 days sometimes they say before 60 days and all and didn't gave us any plan so we requested them for a refund. In November we went to their office in mamzar there jasmine assured us that atleast we will get 2000 aed back against our Georgia trip but now all gone. We want to file a complaint against them and get our hard earned money back. If anyone has any idea about them plz let us know on [protected]

They are encouraged to fearlessly operate since they know that Dubai tourism is not going to do anything.
I just received a response from them 2 days back that we went to check their company couple of times, but it's all closed. You can go ahead and take legal action against them.

We really need to come together and launch a collective complain, and some does need to reconfirm that these too are the same people. Because I want to try and point Dubai tourism towards Kingsway now. But I am not in UAE so can't physically go there and confirm myself.
This is crucial, I am not in UAE anymore so can't confirm. Please keep this thread alive and some one pls visit their address to confirm that all these people are still in there. We must take joint action and try to recover our money by involving Dubai Tourism.
I complained about them earlier when they were not responding and giving just excuses and they were approached by DT and asked to comply and at least they immediately got back.
In short yes Royal Regis appears to be a confirmed fraud operation now. Apparently Kingsway Travel is where all operatives still are. Report them before they vanish from here too.

I am member since July 2019. Because of covid i couldn't utilize the package till date. About 1 month ago I went to their office to plan for my Europe package and they gave the info. I was scheduled for schengen interview this week and I went again to their office to check some details and to my surprise I found that they are locked and nobody is picking up the calls either.
Now I am trying to get my refund back as I have not utilized even a single day package from them.

Every time we tried to book a trip with them there were one or other excuses and now their office is closed and all the emails bouncing back and all phones are switched off..if anyone is planning to go legal we will also join in.

I'm a Sapphire member with Royal Regis since April 2019 & had paid AED 18,000 for the package. Due to covid I couldn't use it...Now it seems they did a big fraud to the innocent public . Last night I was trying to send them email for my booking & mail was bouncing back . Called uo all the numbers, Paul, khaja , Syed , Tariq , ... no one attends the call. Big thieves in the city . Never trust such kind of travel & tour packages.
We shouldn't leave such criminals ...
