Took package of around 20k in 2019 for 35 nights. Partially used for around 10 nights but now office is closed since last 1.5 years.

Post covid we started trying to reach them but they always gave excuses. Even in case of 2

Months advance notice, no success.

When we tried to reach their office, it was found to be closed. All contacts were unreachable.

They have shown me a very nice package called Saphire and forced me to take this package by ADCB bank credit card employee and shown me installation plan and then when I wanted to redeem this package they took the full amount and ensured me that they are working on arranging everything and after some time they ran away with my hard earned money.

They are absconding now so please help me to get my money

I took a Sapphire Membership from Royal regis on 07/02/2020 and it is valid till 06/02/2025.

Because of covid I didn't use any of the facility. Now I am trying to reach them but faild. they are not reachable over phone, mail, web.

I will appreciate if anyone can help in this regard.

Just like others we also had taken the Ruby package in December 2020 and were promised many benefits for the paid amount however before even we could use any of the proposed benefits, the Royal Regis team started becoming irresponsive from 2022. It used to take days to weeks before they reply to my email, then recently all of my emails were bouncing back. We haven't used any of the mentioned benefits or offers of my package and realized that we have been cheated by them.

Any of their numbers are not working and the office is closed now.

Any guidance on how to get help in this matter would be useful.

But since 2022 there weren't responsive, takes days to weeks before they reply to my email, then recently all of my email were bouncing back as mailer demon. I haven't used more than half of my package.

I cannot understand how a company that has cheated people in Abu Dhabi and other countries was allowed to operate in Dubai. They blatantly were allowed to hand out raffle coupons to attendees of a show and then a follow up call saying we have won free nights stay.

I see complaints lodged here but really can anyone HELP?

We were scammed off our hard earned money by this company giving us false information. ON reading the fine print we actually went to meet Khaja to cancel our package and ask for a refund. I was surprised to see his cabin had a lock system on it and there was a seperate cabin with translucent glass doors that also had a lock and could be accessed by punching in a card or numbers on a panel. I really thought that was strange.

Anyway he convinced us that we were in safe hands. I know one thing, money looted this way will not last and that they will have to answer for all the wrong they are doing.

I took holiday plan from Royal Regis on 19.07.2020 by paying dhs. 10899. I couldn't avail any facilities offered due to COVID. My plan will expire on 18.07.2023.

Since last five months I am trying to contact this company.

I tried calling the company in all possible numbers given. Also sent two or three emails which were reverted. I wonder whether this company still exists or not . I was astonished about the credibility of the awards bagged by this company.

I have to visit my daughter in Canada for her delivery. Either book me a ticket through the company or refund the amount.

It is hard earned money and I need justice.

We had visited the Swissotel Hotel, Marjan Hall 3, Dubai on 11th May 2022 on invitation by Royal Regis Tour and Travels against a prize voucher.

We were informed about the packages to be offered which would enable us to use the services from their side for next 5 years along with other benefits. I am attaching the contract copy and payment receipt (AED 19,000) which was made against the Sapphire package offered by the company.

Now it seems that the company has shut doors and vanished because none of their Phones, emails or offices are responding to any queries or service requests.

All their Phones seem to be disconnected and also the office seems to be closed. We request your kind support and help to resolve the issue and the fact that the company has duped people in the UAE.

They invited us to a hotel for a presentation and convinced us with offers and added value if we paid in one installment. We did and managed to book 7 nights out of 36 + 2. In addition to unbooked trip to Mussadam, hotel stays in UAE etc. Even booking was a nightmare they always refused to book saying we were too early or too late from our given dates. Pranay Mishra the sales person, the GM Mr Khaja, very direct and borderline rude call centre staff made every interaction a nightmare. Happy to support any report and or process for recovery or what we are owed.

I signed a Pearl Package of 10,900aed as they promised the services they will give consumable within 3 years payment made into 24 monthly installment basis in my credit card. Up to date 27/04/2023 all contacts they provide is unreachable, all emails bounced back to us. Their office is closed. Their is no services provided at all and still continuously deduction is happen. This company is a fraud and avoiding all the clients they have scammed.

I took Pearl Plan with this business, and I paid full (AED 10,000 plus) via credit card advance (we are still paying the bank). This was in May 2022 in Al Ghurair Center, Dierra, Dubai UAE.

Now that i plan to travel, i reach out and all my emails was rejected. Then i called, automatically cut-off. I message in WhatsApp, not read.

To my surprise when i check google, i found a lot of complaints.

How can I get a refund of my investment? How can i chased these guys? If any case against them, i loved to joined.

Years ago, i was a victim of this tour membership. With their promise, i believe that they would not do that to me. Very very frustrating.

I sign up for membership since 2020. Year 2021 I went to their office to cancel the membership and get a refund but they told me they will give it back to me after it was due. They even give me an agreement/contract about this so called refund that I can claim on the date they specified but it turns out that they already runaway and I can’t even contact them. They are full of lies and fake promises.

We had taken a Pearl Plan with this business, and we paid AED 10,000 (we are still paying the loan). 2 years ago, their team promised us opulent entertainment and travel deals, but they then disappeared. We only got the welcome dinner, whcih was refunded after numerous follow ups. We were promised VIP access to events, but in two years, that hasn't happened either.

I just noticed that the business is permanently closed after the emails I sent them bounced. Please let us all find these con men and bring them before the court. Am sure they might have left the country by now.

Became a Sapphire member of this tours and travel agency by paying AED 18,500/- in the year 2021.

Made use of a dining voucher which we ourselves paid and the agency promised a refund on it in January 2023.

The people who bragged a lot about the company- Mr. Mirza Baig, Ms. Mahi, Mr. Pranay Mishra, Mr. Tariq have cheated me and have not answered my calls and emails. The customer care department in the last few months made sure Not to connect them to me saying they would call back.

Clearly you see it is a fraud and lot of people may have been cheated in the same manner.

I hope the people mentioned above read this and realize that they have cheated me of my hard earned money.

On 30.08.2018 I paid 19,000AED to RR to become sapphire members which allowed us free tickets to the majority of Asian events, free airline tickets worth 3500AED&30 days of a free stay at any hotel in the world. The membership would allow us discounts on airline tickets&other services being provided by RR. So far we have used only 9 days of the 30 days allocated as Covid 19 in 2020&2021 hampered us from using it further. In 2022 RR curtailed many of its services making it very difficult to book hotel stays/holidays with them. They stopped giving free tickets to 99% of the events taking place in the UAE. If 30 nights of a free stay at hotels cost me 19,000 then each day works out to 19000/30=633.33 per day 633.33 x 9 days used=5700. Therefore [protected]=13,300 which is the minimum amount that RR owes us. Please take into consideration that they have used my money for over 4 years and not provided the services as promised, therefore an extra cost/interest should be added to my refund!

I'm a Sapphire member with Royal Regis since April 2019 & had paid AED 18,000 for the package. Due to covid I couldn't use it...Now it seems they did a big fraud to the innocent public . Last night I was trying to send them email for my booking & mail was bouncing back . Called uo all the numbers, Paul, khaja , Syed , Tariq , ... no one attends the call. Big thieves in the city . Never trust such kind of travel & tour packages.

I have taken up a tour package for AED 15000 (Ruby Package - initial validity 5 years) from Royal Regis on NOV'20 after they had called us in for a seminar which discussed the details of their package and all. And because of the COVID pandemic I could not make use of the package and so for the same reason they had extended the package for an year. As a matter of not using their welcome gift, I was promised that I shall be given a refund of AED,2000.00 which shall be transferred to my account by first week of FEBRUARY 2023. Since then no response to any calls or emails from them. So I would like to file a case against the company for the refund and the compensation for not providing me the service. I have noticed many complaints on the same forum regarding this company and taking the same into consideration how should I move further in getting a solution.

My name is Jayant Ghanekar. I had taken a Sapphire membership in January 2022 worth AED 19000. After that I tried to avail their services & they responded that we need to inform them 60 days in advance to avail any holidays. Who plans this much in advance? SInce last 2 months I am trying to contact them for the refund of money, but all the calls are unanswered. The mails are bouncing back. Since last 1 week all the contact numbers have been switched off.

I was informed that I was the winner of a lucky draw at Mall of Qatar and they invited me to thier office to claim the price. At the office, they persuaded me to avail thier Ruby membership package, clubbed with Gym memberships, 4 nights staycation, movie tickets, 1 day Staycation at 5 start hotels etc. It was not even in my distant dreams that scammers can survive in a pleasant country like Qatar.

Unfortunately we had availed the package on 08/08/2022. While I tried to call them to book the vacation to Switzerland, there is no response to emails and pone calls. When I visited thier office, it was closed.
