Rotita.com clothing order

On April 7/16 I ordered 4 bathing suits and paid in full with my visa.
It is now July 13/16 and I still have not received the order.
The tracking number they gave me is bogus. It does not work, never did.
When I finally contacted them via email (after a frustrating week of trying to find a contact to inquire about) they continue to send me emails in broken English and ones that do not make sense.
Things like" what you want us to do for u? " X 5 times
you have not receive the order? X4 times
our shipping apartment is checking, pls wait X 3 times
And many more. I suspect they are stalling for some reason.
This company cannot possibly be legal. I have read dozens and dozens of reviews and complaints all with the same scenario. How can this be allowed to happen?

Plus they used your name (of course they messed it up) on their website giving glowing reviews. They are the worst! My tracking number states my item is in Germany as of 5/26/2016 and it is now the end of July.

Rotita.com express delivery charges

I ordered a dress for my grandma's funeral, I paid £10.00 for the 3 days express delivery and it arrived over 3 weeks later! I have been emailing them and calling since march 2016 to request a refund for the delivery I did not receive. They have refused to refund it, admit they can not offer this service (So why charge people for it?). Half of the time they ignored my emails and when they did respond they were rude and replied in slang text speak. Incredibly unprofessional and very untrustworthy.

It is pure theft to take money from me for a service they do not provide. They are refusing to refund the money.

It even states free shipping worldwide on the website! What a joke.

my wife orders a dress- 3 day delivery deal - paypal payment [thats another story] it does not arrive so you email them and as any sensible person would do you highlight in big letters and bold the order number etc.

you tell them the issue of non delivery;

they reply with - How would you want us to help you?
after calming down i send another mail telling them that it seemed self evident if they bothered to look up the order

they reply with "please forward the order number and i will look into it"

i again email - look tracking tells me it is unshipped so just process a refund and we will never darken your door again -

no reply

so i tell them that i am stopping the paypal payment [after much goings on paypal gave us a credit] you wonder why paypal supports companies like Rotita and the lady at paypal did say she gets lots of Rotita issues

they reply - How can we help you do you want to cancel the order?

i do not have time to play with companies who employ and is run by surviving lobotomy donors my advice is simple

never place an order with ROTITA

Rotita.com terrible service (they sell only asian sizes) beware

I ordered a swimsuit from here it didn't fit my daughter. So I keep emailing them asking for an address to return this item and they finally responded with this "These are Asian size clothes and it tells you on the catalog have you ever tried looking at it" when they were supposed to send me their address for a return. I have emailed, emailed, did research online there is no address to be found to return an item. If it's Asian sizes then WHY are all the women on the sites BIG AMERICAN WOMEN ? Please stay away do not order from them. I am going to try to get in touch with consumer products and have them removed from the web for advertisement. This is a SCAM people

Rotitta is a scam. I did the same thing I ordered a swim suit they were so rude. They wouldn't even email back after they offered a 15% coupon on my next order. They told me "have you even bothered to look it's all Asian sizes?" I told them then if that's the case they shouldn't be using American Models for their clothes. So long story short I emailed everyone I could think of for my complaint but it went no where since it's out of the country and they can't even find the address. So I called my bank and disputed the charges on my bank card. So I got my money back they will have to deal with the bank. Hope you can do the same.

I PAID about $50. for 2 bathing suits in early May. They looked much better in the ad than in person. The one was very uncomfortable; the top bust area was very hard. I did read about the complaints re. size, so I bought larger ones but one still didn't fit. I asked to return it. First I was only offered 10% refund but after arguing w/ them about that, they offered 40%. I returned it via the U.S. post office and got what I thought was a tracking # and it turned out to be a "custom" number. Anyway, Rotita said since they could not track that it got there, they could not refund me anything. And it cost me $22.50 to return the suits ! ok, this started feeling like a scam. I wrote to Rotita complaining but kept getting the same response. They NEVER said they didn't receive the suits, just that since they couldn't track them w the U.S.custom # I gave them and I did mail them the receipt from the post office plus a copy of the custom number receipt, they couldn't return any of my money. I have a suspicion I'm not the only person this has happened to. This company in Shanghai deserves to be repudiated by U.S. customers. I hope it happens!

Rotita.com swimsuit changed size from xl to xxl less than 24 hours from purchase and still got a size xxl

date 30th March 2016 delivery end of May 1x XL swimsuit (wrong size)was supposed to be gray bur came in brown There was also a 1x Medium of the same costume which is ok.It has a flap over effect .
I also ordered a gray wool jersey which was of the most inferior quality which means I will never order from you again. It was also free delivery which worked for the jersey but had to pay R82 customs duty for the costumes.
The numbers I have are

I have not received invoices stating that I bought the goods but I have been charged for them.
Best case would be that I have my money refunded for the swimsuit and the jersey. Worst case that I have to return the goods to be replaced but I would not want a replacement for the jersey as I live in South Africa and postal service is impossible. Please let me know if you receive this and what the outcome will be.

Rotita.com clothing and jewelry returned refund not given

I ordered some clothing and jewelry from Rotita, when I received these items the bag was torn and some items (jewelry, earrings) missing. The clothing were soiled. I emailed the company to tell them I was returning these items sent to me because of this problem and they tried to offer me 30% off, but I could not wear the items because they were white and soiled. My order amount came to $106.93. I tried explaining to this company, but they refused to give me my refund. I sent the items back on 4/15/2016 from the Chicago Post office received my customs tracking. I have not received any feedback or refund as of yet. I will never order because the items are not like it looks on there Web site, and they do not package there products correctly, also it is to hard to receive a refund from this company.

Rotita.com too small, horrible quality, cannot return to china

BEWARE and do not make the same mistake 1, 000's of americans are making... ordering "too good to be true" clothing or items direct from China. Chinese mfg's can ship this stuff to you next to nothing, different packaging/shipping system then we have.

If you receive a package, Paypal assumes you got "your" order. No matter WHAT was in that box, you are supposed to return it. TO CHINA. No way, for my $90 and 2# worth of swimwear, it was $55 to send it back. THEY KNOW THIS. There was no good faith effort to assist after I received the order and NOT ONE PIECE FIT.

The swimwear: you do not see back views, but beware, there were NO ties, buttons, hooks and no stretch... so it was truly impossible to pull the tops over my shoulders. I am size 4-6, small so I honestly tried to pull one over my hips when shoulders was impossible. EVEN THE ONE SIZE stuff was too small.

EVEN if it were the right size (which I spent HOURS converting to their cm measurement chart and eventually chose XL for everything except one size) I would not have worn it. Flimsy, poor sewing/matching seams, one trim button was already off and lose in the package, fabric was too thin for me to even consider wearing in public, just a mess.

STUCK WITH IT which is what you'll be. If you order from this company, there is NO fixing it. They will not pick the package up, even though their mistake and returning it will cost 1/2 or more than the items worth.

UNLESS you are willing to kiss your money goodbye, do not order from a direct from china company. I had another order from different company for bike accessories and they too were just wrong, ie the LED light bands were made for a motorcycle but advertised for a bicycle ie I could not pedal FAST enough to get those lights to go etc. Cheaply made and flimsy even if they work for awhile, or fit for awhile.

Google ebay chinese scam OR paypal chinese scam and see how many other people have ordered inferior goods, got the wrong stuff and NO WAY to get a refund. I'm done ordering "too good to be true" cheap stuff, the hours I spent trying to resolve this with Rotita AND paypal I can never retrieve. Cheap junk, argh!

Rotita.com horrible quality clothing wrong size

On the 20th of April I ordered a cardigan in a medium size. It is more like a very small and is terrible quality. It is very short and looks nothing like the picture. It is not possible to contact any one in the company and I would have to send it back to Singapore at my own expense. This is the worst customer service and worst quality clothing that I have ever bought in my life. I would like to find out how I can get my 15 UK pounds refunded. I have Paypal proof that I paid but no delivery note or return address came with the garmen.

This is just to warn that do not buy from them, they are cheaters and offering a very bad customer service.

Products are all messed up and not what you see in the pics... Bad qlty, wrong sizes... I ordered a medium and its the size of xxs

No return address, no refund and they reply to your questions every 1-2 weeks hardly and after 30 days no refund, no return received.

No address yet given to me after communicating with them over 1.5 months to return that stupid ### they shipped me

They not offering any refund whatsoever or agreeing to anything for exchange either.

Very, very disappointed I tried them.

Rotita.com swimsuits

I ordered 3 swimsuits and two cover ups. I swimsuits are not the size according to the US size chart they have. The suits were extremely too small. I have been emailing them now for two weeks to return the items and have not received a reply. All I want is the return address which is not located on the website or a working US phone number. According to the return policy I must contact them within 3 days of receiving the goods. I did so the very next day. And according to the policies I am only allowed to receive 60% of my return? WTH All of their products did not fit and Good business would give you a full refund not a portion of it. According to the site it is because of shipping cost, however they also stated the return items fee is the customer responsibly. Than why am I only getting 60% of a return if I am paying for the shipment? I paid a shipment fee to receive the goods and now I am paying to mail them back if they ever get back to me with a return address!
This is a horrible company and I wished I had Googled them before I shopped with them.
This is not how a clothing company should operate!

I ordered swimsuits as well. 4 of them. Paid $260 for the order with my visa on April 7/16
It is now July 13/16 and no receipt of the order and absolutely no help from the company. They keep emailing me back with the same reply " what you want us do for you". It is not even proper English
WORST service EVER. How can this be legal?

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I made the mistake of ordering from this company. I contacted them because 2 days AFTER I made the order, I got an email saying that the payment hadn't cleared. I have never head of that before, nor did I want to wait, so I contacted them to cancel. They were very quick to respond to my initial request to cancel - within 24 hours and then every 5-10 minutes from there on. They told me to wait because the payment cleared. They never said anything about refunding the money, so I asked a couple more times. They then said, "okay, we can cancel your order after we receive the payment, ok?". OK... so the payment cleared 5/14. I contact them again, and now they have not responded in 2 days. And they have sent out the package - I got a shipment notification email. It's very clear that they are BS-ing. I definitely would not suggest this website. They are not trustworthy, professional, or fair. They also have terrible communication.

Rotita.com poor customer service, impossible returns

I ordered an item online knowing that I was taking a risk but when the item came it did not match the description of size at all. The item is not high quality but it is unwearable because of the size discrepancy.

The ticket procedure they have is clunky and the service I have received has been horrible. First I was told to check the policy online and that if the size chart was wrong they would be responsible. Instead of honoring that they told me I could mail it back but I would only get a 60% refund and shipping wouldn't be worth it. They offered a discount on another item.

When I pushed the issue they responded by offering a 15% discount, which would be 3.75 of the 25 I paid.

Several times I asked to speak with a manager or someone who could accommodate my requests better and was refused.

I ordered 3 swimsuits on May 18, 2016. They took money out dame day on my account and now i looked up my work order number on May 24th and it says i haven't made a payment. I leave for Florida on June 11, 2016. I need my stuff asap. This place should be shut down. Theor website needs to not sell anymore if they can't handle this stuff. You can't ever get a hold of anyone and you always have to put a ticket in for a question or complaint.

Rotita.com items not received.

I ordered an one piece outfit from this company two weeks ago. I received an email to validate my email address. I verified my email and a tracking number was sent the following day. I used the tracking number that was given to me. I began to track my package. It claimed that the package has been accepted. The tracking system said that it was coming from Shangai to New York. That was on the 05/11/2016/. I checked again on the 05/13/2016. Nothing had changed since then. I tried to submit a ticket and the website said that I had the wrong tracking number. I typed the tracking number as it appeared on my email. It still told me that I had the wrong tracking number. I really need help on how to contact these people because I am beyond pissed. Is there a way to bring this company down. They are all over facebook and a lot of people don't know about about how bad of a company this is. I don't recommend that a soul order anything from this site. They need to be taken down. If I had read the complaints first hand like I usually would for any other site. Please do not order from these people please. I want a refund for my package. I really wanted the outfit, but I'm to pissed to except . I want a refund.

I ordered a swimsuit, which took 6 weeks to arrive, when it came it was much too big. I emailed them, asking for a returns address. They replied to say, I would only get 60% refund plus the cost of postage to send it back would be quite expensive so not worth it. They advised me to sell it myself and they would give me 30% refund, to which i agreed.
I managed to sell it to a friend in work, but I am still waiting for my 30% refund. Emails have been going back and to, but I have given up now.

Rotita.com customer service/returns

I ordered 3 swimsuits from this company. When they arrived they were not he sizes stated. 2 were much bigger than the size stated and the 3rd one the top was huge but the bottoms were absolutely tiny. I contacted them to ask for a full refund and return address. I received a sarcastic reply stating they were Asian sizes and to give them to someone else as a gift. I responded I was not happy with their reply and again asked for a return address and a full refund, they sent me the exact same response that they were Asian sizes and to give them to someone as a gift. How rude and unprofessional. Grrr😡

Rotita.com poor quality, slow processing

I ordered a bathing suit on Rotita's website on 3/26/16. I received an order confirmation that same day. I had not received a shipping confirmation, so I went online to check the status of my order on 4/13/16 and it had not shipped yet! I sent an email to them asking why my order had not shipped, did not get an answer, and then got a shipping confirmation the next day. When I received it 2 weeks later, the packing was horrible, the "packing slip" sticker on the package said the wrong item. The quality of the item was so cheap, the sizing is not right, and it looks nothing like the pictures on the website! And it took a month to receive it!
Will never order from them again!

I ordered 2 swimsuits April 9, 2016 it is not May 10, 2016 and still have not received them. Submitted several ticket numbers about my order. Complained on several sites. Still no response. I even called the number provided left a detailed message still no response. I would like a refund, but don't know how to go about getting it back through paypal. Should have known better to order from CHINA! I am a very pissed off customer. They have my money and I have nothing. If I knew where to turn them in I would. W1604090500076590.

I had the same problem. This is a terrible company and I would never buy another so called piece of clothing from them again. Cheap clothing and not sized properly.
There is no customer service, all you get is a rude email that doesn't answer your questions.
They have a terrible return policy, you're better off keeping it as they will probably say they never received the package back.
Pathetic and why, because it's all Made in China!

Rotita.com I have not received my order

I placed my order on March 30, 2016. (Order WW1603301924208255). Payment was immediately withdrawn from my account on the same day. I did not receive a tracking number until April 26 after submitting a ticket on the whereabouts of my order. It's been over a month and I've yet to receive anything and no response back from the company when emailed.

Rotita.com poor quality / horrid customer service

Ordered an item - $18 tank - shipping took a while then the quality was absolutely terrible. Initiated ticket for return and Im still playing the back and forth game with them. They are offerring a 10% refund... then 15%... and actually had the audacity to say their "clothing is very cheap so maybe my expectations were too high." Really? $18 is not "cheap" for a cotton tank top. They are complete scam artists!
