Me and my old lady have been using FiltersFast for a hot minute now. We always get the same dang order of water and furnace air filters. But let me tell you, we had a real problem with them in early December. They sent us the wrong water filter and it didn't fit our water filter thingamajig. We hit them up about it and they said there's a new version of the filter and it don't fit older mechanisms. They tried to sell us a whole new water filtration system, but we ain't no fools. We asked for a refund or credit, but they acted like it was our fault for not knowing the new filter wouldn't fit. I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with FiltersFast. I ordered a couple of filters back on December 11th, and they said it would be delivered by January 10th. But then...nothing. I didn't get any confirmation or anything. So I called them up today, on July 23rd, to see what was up. And that's when they dropped the bombshell: they weren't going to fulfill the order after all. And if I wanted a partial refund for the wrong mask they sent me, I had to return it - at my own cost - even though I never got the product I actually ordered.
I mean, come on. That's just not cool. They messed up my order, refused to fix it, and then asked me to jump through hoops just to get a partial refund. Needless to say, I won't be doing business with FiltersFast again.
FiltersFast Review: Promises Not Delivered, Lies and Incompetence
So, I had an experience with FiltersFast and let me tell you, it was not a good one. I decided to order a filter over the phone, and the girl who took my order wrote down the wrong address. I have no idea where she came up with those numbers, but the filter was sent back. I called the company and they promised to resend it. However, it already showed that it was on its way back. I called four days later because I couldn't find a routine number, and they told me that it had to go through some board. So, it still wasn't being sent. They promised it would come to my house in two days, that way on the 18th. But here it is the 25th and still no filter.
They said that it couldn't be shipped again, and they sent it through some fly by night shipping. I get FedEx at my house all the time, so I was really confused. I called to close my account and ask for a refund, but they still had the wrong address even after being promised that it was corrected. This is the fourth time I had to get this corrected. Now they say it's going to take three to seven days to get my money back. It's just a mess.
I was really disappointed with FiltersFast. They promised me so much, but they didn't deliver. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They are nothing but lies and incompetence. However, I will say that they are cheaper and faster than Amazon. So, I guess they will have my business. But, if you want to avoid all the hassle, I suggest you look elsewhere.
FiltersFast Review: Cheapest Option or Inferior Quality?
I saw this ad on TV for FiltersFast and they were saying that they're the cheapest option when it comes to buying filters. They even said they're cheaper than those big stores. So, I decided to check it out for myself. I went to my local big orange box store and bought a name brand filter in the "best" category off the rack. It cost me $9.15 each by the case. Then, I went to FiltersFast's website and found the same sized filter (not the same brand) for $9.49 by Merv or $20.16 for Filtrete brand. The first option was close in price, but the FiltersFast brand was a lower quality filter. It even says on their website that it does NOT filter "very fine dust" or "bacteria". The brand I bought off the shelf from the box store does filter those things.
Another thing I noticed was that the more expensive brand on FiltersFast's site also says it does NOT filter "very fine dust" or "bacteria". And it's twice the price! I really thought FiltersFast would be an easier option, but based on quality and time, it's easier for me to buy a case of filters once every 3 years than deal with new filters arriving in the mail every 3 months. Especially since it would be an inferior brand of filters.
Overall, I was disappointed with FiltersFast. They claim to be the cheapest option, but when you compare the quality and price, it's just not worth it. I'll stick to buying my filters from the big box stores.

False mailing claim and zero communication
Ordered a refrigerator filter 1/15. Received notice it was mailed 1/16. It's now 1/21 and post office has yet to receive package. The company does not respond to repeated inquiries. Stay away. They need to change their name to slowfilter or nofilter.

I bought a water filter from them for my under the sink water filter system.
I change them once a year since we don't use it a lot.
Within a few months, without ordering it, another filter comes from them.
I DID NOT ORDER it and contacted them to return it. They tell me that I have to pay something like $10 for return shipping ! I was screwed so said go ahead and send me the label. That's been well over a week and not a word from them. Whatever you do DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER.

Once you are logged in, click the link titled 'my auto delivery'.
"to cancel, in the 'my subscriptions' tab of my auto delivery, click on 'more changes' and 'deactivate subscription'. Please allow up to 24 business hours for cancellation of orders or other changes to be made."
When I get to my account there is no tab to get me to"my auto delivery"much less"more changes"and"deactivate subscription".
On my order I stated"do not auto deliver filters"and I foolishly believed I could cancel"auto delivery" by the wording on your emails regarding my one time order of refrigerator water filters.
Therefore, I must demand you cancel/deactivate/scrub my subscription. No further charges to my credit card will be honored.

taking the $ but not delivering the goods... repeatedly
After being prompted via relentless emails to re-open my account and get a discount on my first order "back" I caved and decided the try this American business again vs. ordering my filter through Amazon. Years ago, there was a recurring issue with the delivery. Even though I had corrected the wrong input on my address, FilterFast decided to still ship it with the old address label and they were promptly returned. My complaining was met with misgiving and not handled in a professional way and I left.
I should have known better . Believe it or not, but in June, after putting in all the correct shipping - and credit card information I ordered a new filter, making use of my "promo-code" to come back; it turned out to not make much difference anyway, but felt good about giving someone a second chance vs. the big guys.
You guessed it...no filter, due to wrong address. I kid you not. I ordered another one (yeah, I know, once bitten...) paid another $35 and still...nothing. Interesting how the new credit card information was NOT mistaken. Something went right there! No notification that it was returned and I'd be credited. I sent two emails and both were met with 2 day waiting time for a response. Never a waiting time for an order! I have demanded a full refund for both items and will report to BBB if it is not credited to my account within 5 business days. Its inexcusable to be doing business like that in this day and age. Then, you don't deserve to have a thriving business, indeed.
After making my initial purchase on march 27th I have finally received my filters june 10th! This was after a number of emails asking where my filters were. First response was the filters were special order and they would be delivered at the beginning of may!. Why did you not tell me this upfront! After still not receiving them I wrote again. They wrote back and offered me a refund. I did not want a refund just the filters. They finally came june 10th!

Probably my worst online purchase ever.
On Dec12/30/2017, I ordered two thermostats from Filterfast.com, but by 1/8/2018, I still did not get any shipping confirmation! So I emailed Filterfast.com on 1/8/2018 to cancel my order because I needed one ASAP and could not take the chance that shipping will be from China.
Filterfast's Ashley Profitt refused to cancel my order and claimed that the order was in "process" and could not longer be cancelled. They did not even ship it. I had no choice but to order the same filter on eBay on 1/8/2018 and got it 4 days later on 1/12/2018.
After my email on 1/8/2018, Filterfast finally send me a shipping notice on 1/9/2018. So she clearly violated the Filterfast stated policy of prompt cancellation before shipping occurs.
Anyway, the story did not end here. I finally received the Filterfast order on 1/16/2018. But it was only 1 thermostat instead of the 2 I ordered! Right away I anticipated problems with this company and took pictures of the package and asked my postman to back me up. He clearly remembered putting a small square package under my front gate the day before and volunteered to back me up anytime.
I contacted Ashley Profitt of Filterfast again and she seemed to have washed her hands and passed me on to their "Customer Care" Kylee. So I had to forward the email chain I had with Ashley to Kylee on 1/18/2018. I also enclosed additional pictures.
Now nearly a week later, I have not received any response from Kylee, despite my additional email info request to her. Looks like she also has cut me off. I then tried their phone # I dug up on the Internet (Filterfast does not list their # on their website). No one answered the phone and I was told the wait to talk to their Customer Care rep would be over 1 hr!
If I get no response from Filterfast, I plan to file complaints with NC BBB, city of Monroe and city of Charlotte, etc, So I will continue with other agencies as long as it will take. The cost is small but it is the principle that is important.

Ordered a filter. A very simple and an average one, nothing special and probably, not the most popular one. They sent me a confirmation and order details. The email stated that the item would be sent within 2-3 business days.
One week went by and I called to find out the order status and learned that the filter was never shipped because it was out of stock. Unbelievable. No one thought I would like to be notified of it. I canceled the ordered and asked for a refund. Waiting for it to be reimbursed. I hope they won't screw it up.
When I first ordered filters well over a year ago I signed up for auto delivery. I cancelled subject auto delivery long before it was due to activate as I would not need to change out filters as fast as I had thought. This past October I was notified by e-mail that an auto order was being filled and sent in a few days. I e-mailed them to stop such practice and I would not pay for any shipments. The filters came anyway. I refused receipt of them. I phone them but of course was put on hold. Told if I pushed certain phone button I would receive a call back. Tried this three times but no return call/message. I received another shipment end of this November.. refused it too.. My card has been charged for the first shipment and I am sure the second as well. I'd had it for sure by now. Called filters fast and held on for 38 minutes and then hung up in disgust. Their customer service phone number is useless. I expect them to credit back my card very quickly as I am sure they can figure out who I am as a customer. My next alternative will be to contact my credit card company and have them reverse item as charges will be under protest
Over a year ago I ordered filters and set up auto delivery. Shortly after delivery I cancel auto delivery as I became aware it would be many months before a re-order would be needed. Months go by and in Oct.'17 I was notified by e-mail an auto order was being filled and would be sent shortly. I called customer service number.. held on for 15-20 min. and then pushed button for call back (supposedly within the next day) never happened. I was able to cancel auto order via e-mail in Oct-17 but only for future ones after my e-mail. Filters came but I refused delivery. Called Filters Fast but again long wait and then no call back (or message left if we were not at home) Then at end of Nov'17 I was astounded when another shipment of filters arrived! Had enough and of course called appropriate number and was on hold for 38 minutes when I just hung up. I am sure Filters Fast knows who sent them back both parcels. I expect immediate credit to my credit card and if not will have to lodge complaint with card company to reverse charges. Such failure in service is totally unacceptable!

I am sure I will never buy anything from them. Everything is overpriced.I wish I searched a little before ordering from them, maybe I would have spent my money wiser.
Moreover, I waited for one month for the filter to arrive. It's extremely long. And sneaky. Because I wasn't able to return the filter as the warranty period lasted 30 days. Awful.
