There is no follow up at all from Ft Myers Rotech office. When I called to reorder supplies I was told that I could not because I was in noncompliance? I use my CPAP approximately 9 hours a night, every night., so I had no idea why I was in non compliance. Fort Myers Rotech told me it might be a Medicare issue requiring a different sleep study. Or, it might be a state of FL requirement since I moved from Colorado. She was suppose to get back with me and never did to tell me how to fix the issue. I have called several times over the course of 2 months, left messages and spoke with 2 other people- no one has called me back with an answer or what to do. I went to a sleep MD and he wrote a new rx and sent it to Rotech thinking that might solve this problem . Nope, when I called again I was told by Rotech, Ft Myers that my account was inactive... that they had received the rx,. They just ignored the rx because my account was inactive- never bothering to call me to let me know how to rectify it. I gave them Dr info for my last sleep study and would do another sleep study if I need to, but I don't even know what the problem is. Terrible customer Service.

I've been trying to resolve a billing issue for months. When they never replied to my email I called but was never called back. When I tried to leave a message their voice mail was full. I think they should be reported to Medicare and if I do not get a resolution to this problem that will be my next step.
