Where do I start, I called the week of Dec 5th to have my concentrator serviced or the equipment picked up. I was told that they could do neither because I owed a balance. I asked to be connected to your billing department. the billing department confirmed that they had received my payment (which was not late) and that I had a $0 balance. I was transferred back to your unprofessional and rude CS department, and they said that they would not service or pick up the used tanks, because they are mine to keep and or dispose of! I said then just close my account then they wanted a D/C order.
I was unable to get the D/C order right away, so I called again to have it services or picked up. They said they would do neither because I refused to put a credit card on file due to a high insurance deductible. II called 3x and without even attempting to answer the phone they hung up on me. I had to call the billing office to be transferred just to get through. Once I was connected, and again being denied medically ordered equipment they ended the call without professionally indicating the call was ending they simply hung up. This is rude, incompetent and frankly ignorant, This is not a company I care to do business with! keep in mind they are treating a patient that just suffered Cardiac Arrest by getting them upset and angry. I will be speaking to my Cardiologist about this. I have already written a yelp review, and it corresponds with your already 1.7 rating! If I suffer any kind of indication of heart issue via my ICD monitoring due to this interaction and denial of O2, I will be seeking legal advice. I suggest you hire better, more compassionate, professional staff before you kill someone!
