Ross Dress for Less review: Racist and labor abuse against employees

Every single time that I've been visit Ross in Whitehall, PA there's only 1 or 2 cashier handling with a huge line at evening. You don't see managers during the day recovering the floor and the restrooms are always disgusting. I've a family member working there and there supposed to leave at 10:30pm and there's a manager that always made associates leave late without asking. That manager is always at the office, complaining with customers about the store, other managers and associates, but she's not seeing on the floor working at and store looks like a mess. Associates are being really patient and friendly with customers during closing even with that manager on shift.
