Ross Dress for Less review: I was burned by a candle

I went to Ross at around 7 pm May 22, 2023 l was going to get a present for my boyfriend so I went to look around the self care isle I found a candle and I went to smell it when a I was drenched from the candle I instantly put the candle back and asked my aunty to go get help because it poured down my shirt and into my brawl while I waited for help it started to burn me which then I asked for a manager after that a girl came to me and handed me a napkin and asking what was in the candle which I replied I don’t know and so she just walked away I started cleaning my shirt thinking she would come back to help me which she didn’t I then asked the security if they can call her again and then told me she was in her way I then waited for 30 minutes for her to come drenched in this unknown substance while it’s burning my whole chest I then had to leave to take my aunty to the airport which then I asked if they can give me the managers name so I can call which they said if you want to talk to her you will have to wait because I can’t give you her name which then I replied you can’t give me her name why and he then repeated himself and I told him I had to leave how can I contact someone which then he repeated his words again I then left and had to make a emergency stop at my house to take off the drenched clothes I noticed when I got home my skin was highly irritated and now I will be going to the ER because I believed I’m having a allergic reacting to what ever was in the candle I called the store to ask for the manager again just to see if they found out what the substance was which she replied she couldn’t help me I would have to call back tomorrow for the main manager
