Roman's Pizza

We ordered a ham pizza at Romans Pizza Arcadia and we got a cockroach under in the base of the pizza. We have ordered there many times and this is the first time we have had a problem. This is against health regulations and we will be reporting this to the health inspectors. Can this problem please be resolved.

Hi we order one pizza he charge us 2 pizza and saleman and manger both r crock they even give us wrong change nd not bad service

Yesterday i was given wrong order and they said i should wait for them to correct it i went home because it was already late had to eat bread now today when I came to collect the same pizza they gave me raw pizza now i have to cook as i did not prepare anything because I thought I'd be eating pizza. Roman pizza in randfontein has bad service. Please correct this asp.

I was at romans pizza showgate Bloemfontein, the cashier's refused to call out orders when they are ready they said we should come to them and ask them if our orders are ready...this was the first...is it really supposed to be like that?
Because I stood there waiting for my order to be called out in the mean time it was long time ready...

Pretoria cbd your services are very poor and your staff are rude with the customers please check that out not good I've ordered a pizza at 18:03 and still waiting for service maloy one of your cashiers many people got their orders before me that ordered after me and your staff is not professional at all

I greet the lady she kept quiet and I repeated just kept quiet again and i said to her am greeting u she just look at me she never responded until she said what do u want, I was shocked and after that she shouting at the customer her name is eve from krugeedorp

I'm really disappointed in Roman's Pizza i ordered pizza the said 35 min but received it only after a hour and it's not even hot anymore

I purchased a large seafood pizza from roman's pizza phoenix plaza today 22/01/2021 at 19h45 order 456 I waited 25 mins for the order and I was eagerly awaiting a delicious meal when I got home however to my surprise I received a pizza with raw shrimp and calamari and a bitter herb of sum kind dusted all over the pizza. This is truly disappointing we spend our money expecting quality and the assurance that our food will be prepared in a manner that represents the franchise. A total dissapointment.

Please can I lay a complain about Roman's Pizza at Meiniger Road, Nelson Mandela Drive, Shop 2 Shoprite Centre, Modimolle, 0510, South Africa

I ordered Tomato base, ham & mushroom. They decided to serve me Tomato base, ham & pineapple.

Unfortunately I lost the receipt. My order was number 102.

I made a mistake of not checking before I leave the store.

I want my refund.

I was on my way to Romans Pizza Fordsburg and only when I arrived at the gate I realised I forgot my mask I had a top which had a long collar which covered my nose I went to order and the cashier kindly said no mask no entry as I was about to tell her that I forgot my mask another cashier who was indian just came and screamed at me as if I was talking to him and started screaming at me and said get out no one will help you we won't listen to your stories get out
I feel displeased about how I was treated he could have kindly said ma'am please leave we can't help you without a mask

I just bought a bacon avocado feta pizza from Romans Somerset West - Main Road. The avocado was black. This is totally unacceptable quality and inedible. Hi I bought 2 pizzas that were absolutely raw and doughy and gave us stomach cramps as we at aome of it qnd the tops because we could not go out again as our lumch time was over, I could qlso not go spend peteol again to collect and rake back... This is the 2nd time im so so cross as things r expensive and times r tough to get this in return. I would like replacements at no inconvenience caused... The video and pictures attached say it all... Excluding the terrible taste and gross looking and that it was offputting we had stomach ache!

I just received my pizzas 1 bbq chickenlicious and 1 bolognaise large I asked for no jelepenos as iam alwrgic to it took it back the lady tells me they will take it off for me I can take it off myself I need a new pizza as I did not touch it uet but she just wants to remove it. I just wasted my money as no one else eat the pizza. I wasted my petrol and my money on the pizza. The lady was also rude after I took the pizza back

I ordered a romans pizza special R160 the large spare rib and mushroom and a bacon Supreme and when I arrived at home my little sister ate it cause she was really hungry and tasted that it was still raw I saw that it was really undercooked as u can see the dough is still raw and she is not feeling well from that slice and I personally feel I had to waste gas because I live a far distance and when I went back and they were closed I am situated in upington and I would like to get a refund/ a correction back.

Good morning
My name is Roxan, on the 24 October 2020 I've purchased the Roman's pizza special for R109, 90 which was a pepperoni and a BBQ chicken @ the Amanzimtoti branch. Today the 25 October 2020 my son was eating the last piece of the BBQ chicken pizza when he bit onto a plastic that was baked with the pizza, which caused him to start vomiting. I have called the branch 2 times with no answer, it is really frustrating.
