I ordered with Mr D the Romana Chicken Pasta from the Lenasia branch. Firstly it was extremely dry and tasteless apparently supposed to be creamy chicken. Secondly I found a piece of hair baked in my pasta. We call the Manager and he says that they haven't added the sauce to it, so I asked for the Lasagne instead and the Manager advised that it wasn't a good option as customers have complaints about it. Are you serious! Why is it on your menu then? Anyway the Manager sent another pasta with the sauce but still so tasteless. I've bought from other branches especially out of Lenasia and received great service and food from them. This is unprofessional and unacceptable as we are paying for this!
