Nagtanong sila ng option sa cut ng pizza na 18" . i told them na regular cut kasi ayaw nila ng square cut. naka 2 beses na gawa ng pepperoni but square size padin sya. almost 1 hr nako nag aantay ng order. until gagawin ulit sya so another 15mins ako mag aantay. so i decided na kunin nalang and pag dating sa bahay is malamig na yung pizza. kasi matagal na tengga. please do not give any option kung di lang din sya masusunod. Sana po marinig kameng mga emplyado dito sa Shakeys San Mateo, si Mam Geraldine po kase grabe na po ang pangungupit nya sa store. Sa halagang 50 pesos po yung isang empleyado dito pinagbintangan nyang nagnakaw dahil lang po dun nagpakalat pa po sya ng cctv. Sana po ma imbestigahan nyo yung manager namen grabe po sya mamahiya ng empleyado hindi na po yun makatao. At yung pangungupit nya po ng pera kumikita po sya ng 1500 isang araw, kapag hindi po kame nakakapag remit sknya ng pangungupit sa cashier tinatakot nya kame na ipapatanggal nya kame sa trabaho

Shakeys Lucena! Hindi tama ang ginagawa sa mga Empleyado... Like hello, pinapasok sila nang 5 to 6hrs lang a day. Tas 2 days off! Kawawa naman ung may mga pamilya, sa pamasahe lang napupunta ang kanilang sweldo. Tas ang tip nang guest na dapat ay ibinabahagi sa lahat e hindi. Iniipon nang management at di binibigay. Sana naman ma aksyonan nyo to! Sobra sobra ang pagod pero ang sahod di man lg sumapat sa gastusin...

The process in shakeys antipolo philippines are very slow from ordering until paying your bill. The food is cold even the garlic bread 😡 upon ordering the soup is cold were almost done with the chicken and pizza until they serve the pasta and garlic bread. In getting the water were been waiting for another,20 mins. To get it deliver and the ice. We wait for another 30 mins.In getting the total bill. This is the worst restaurant we've been through. The staff are busy talking with each other while there are some customer requesting also of the bill. They also made a mistake while paying my bill. Now u know why there only a few customer there unlike other branches. Im very disappointed with there staff. I am my family are love to eat in shakeys because of its food but because of this experience I dont think I can recommend it to our friends.

We been there tonight august 13,2023 around 7 pn until 9 pm.

I ordered pizza 9:33pm and called to follow up aroung 10:15pm. Melanie told me that manager will call me for the late delivery. I waited but no manager called so I called again to follow up.. 10:26 my ordered was delivered and obviously it is late. I ask the driver and he said that he cannot find our house. I ask him why he didn't call so we can instruct he said he dont have phone.. I ask him how can you call now if yoy dont have the phone. He said he just borrowed phone to someone to call.. I dont know who is that someone. So technically my order is late. I called customer service again and thry inform me again that manager will call me but still no manager called. What kind of service is this.. Where is your if it is late its free? I will post this ok social. Media if no action was made..

Hi Id like to commend how professional the Manager named Mary,who cater our daughters baptismal/birthday last Sunday in your branch at Jp Rizal,Makati though the food wast serve on time,she assisted us with grace and I felt valued.

The food was great and I think they are commendable.

My only concern to the other manager was,to be detailed in offering party packages and promos,Be responsive.

At 7:52pm I called the shakeys in Alhambra California shakeys on valley Blvd. While order was being taken call was disconnected. Not on my end but shakeys end. So I call back place my order of PCM for one with sausage as a second topping and pepperoni the 1st . Also I order a 1/2 order mojos extra

So 1/2 order mojos and second topping being order as extras which I asked before hanging up how much it would be. They said $20.76 . When I arrive to pick up my food it's a medium PCM as I told them that's not what I order long story short it old the manager they told me it was$20.7_ in which she rang it up and said it's was $20.76 but that's not what I told her. They wanted me to wait for the to remake my order. I said that's why I phone order my food I'm not waiting and asked if she could sell me the medium for the price of $20.76 .she said no. How much as a company would you lose on a mistake byyouguy over cents it cost you from the size pizza that I would have gotten compared to losing a regular customer.the manager wasn't he office as she always is that's how much I go there

Sad day today as I've beenco.ing to this spotting e I was a kid .now to be done.

while I'm dining at Shakey's gateway here in Cagayan de Oro city, their store have small cockroaches and there is a big rat passing by out table. then later on I found out that their staff preparing our food have no facemask and sometimes, there holding the food by their hand such as the salad, Mojo's, etc.

and also the cloth they use to wipe the plate ang utensils, it so gross, it's not white anymore 🤮. its a good thing that we take out our order rather that eating there.

Nako! Robinsons place pangasinan. Una sa lahat sino ba yang matandang lalaki na laging nasa harap niyo at napakaingay ng boses napapahiya ang mga ilang guest ninyo. Nahihiya tuloy inutosan kong pamangkin ko para magclaim ng bday treat for my husband for his birthday today. Ang galing niyo mag suggest kung ano ang dapat kainin para makabenta ng supercard at hindi pala magagamit sa bday treat nayan. Wag na kayong magbenta kung ganyan din. At kailangan ba talaga ng identification pano kung walang id ang nakapangalan dahil hindi pa dumating ang national id wala naman kayo nabanggit na kailangan id for claiming ng bday treat. Nakapag claim naman na kami jan kasi lagi kami kumakaen. Now nakakaasar lang dahil may sinabi pang name na Maam Rhea na kailangan niya pa id for claiming bday pizza sa supercard niyo. Nagawa na ung pizza pero hindi niyo parin binigay pinapatagal niyo pa.

I received a birthday text message from Shakeys 2 days ago, saying I have a free birthday pizza. When I tried to order the free birthday pizza and get 20% off another order they would not honor the text message promotion for free birthday pizza or the 20% off regular order. Also the MANAGER refused to give her name at the Robinsions Dumaguete store

Una po yan pangalawa ko unang serve ung pasta chicken at ice tea sinabi ko nman po sbay sabay so ikaw po kaya kumain ng installment nkktuwa po ba ung 2pizza sinerve after 25 to 35 mins po pagdating nung pizza mukhang thin crust eh order ko thick nagveryfy pa ko s knila gnon n daw tpg kanipis so okay na kumain n kmi nag ask ako ng survey form walang mbigay ung manager di man lng nag effert pr gawan ng paraan ung voncern ako pa mismo lumaoit s kanya nu g pauwi n kmi.. Anong serbisyong yan at nung pauwi n ko merob may order ng thick crust ibang iba s thick crust n binigay sa amin.. Nung sinbi ko yon ibabalik n kng daw ung 100 ko pr sa thick crust at aaminin n bk nga nagkamali ung pumawa ng pizza... Di lng 1st time kmi nkain ng shakeys kaya wag akong gagawing tanga... Sobrang poor ang serbisyo at need yan aksyunan..

Ung manager sa Shakey's sm daet hindi marunong humawak ng complaint ng guest nila

Bali ganito ang scenario lumabas kami ng asawa at anak ko para kumain sa Shakey's SM Daet dahil birthday ng anak ko

Nung pumasok kami bandang 4pm Wala pa msyadong tao kasi d Naman peak hour un siguro mga 5-6 tables lng ung kumakain

Humingi ako ng tissue pero Hindi ako pinapansin ng mga waiter nila. Edi hinayaan ko nalang. Nung pangalawang hingi ko binigyan nmn ako kaya sbi ko baka busy lang Sila kasi pandemic

Pero nung pinatawag ko na ung manager nila para sabihin na my ipis na ung pag kain na sinerve samin matagal lumabas mga 4 or 5 mins bago lumabas.

Nung lumabas na ung manager nila tinanong kung ano ung ng yari.

Sinabi ko sakanya na my ipis ung pag kain na sinerve samin.

Eto na ung kinagalit ko bakit ako ng post ng ganito

Ang Sabi sakin ng manager ay. Sir ng pepest control naman po kami pag sumakit tyan nyo balik nalang kayo dito.

Aun lang ung ginawa nilang way para ma matapos na ung pag rereklamo ko

We were served cold mojos and slightly warm super dried chicken at their branch in nuvali. When the service staff was prompted, he only apologised and gave us the bill! Absolutely disappointing and appalling!

Spending just under php1700 might not be as much... But I would have rather gave the amount to street beggars who surely would have made me feel good for putting a smile on to someone's face rather than me leaving the branch feeling robbed and bitter!

my wife and I arrived at shakers in Palmdale ca at 1:40 pm on 9/27/22 payed for 2 bunch a lunch and 2 drinks the Buffett was empty! what food was there was cold and dry and nothing was replenished when confronting the person behind the counter she told me they stop putting fresh food out at 1:45 and glen up at 2:00 that was not fair to us who payed $33:00 for scraps we should have been told about this when we got to counter not after we payed and look at food

I will be sure to tell all my friends and get for out on internet I'm hope to resole this

On July 30th at around 7pm I ordered a half pepperoni and jalapeño half cheese medium pizza to go from a Shakey’s in Redlands California and was told it would be ready at 7:50! And I received a box of pizza with what looks like recycled pizzas of other pizzas. The slices are all different sized. It was very disappointing no one likes their food being messed with and then on top of everything if they were gonna do that why make my wait so long to get it ?

Shakey's Sm North Edsa is a total scam! I clearly told the waiter na ang order namin ay ung Deal 2 which cost around 1,700 pesos and 4 extra rice. They gave us free card and "FREE" milktea kasi more than 500 plus daw ang order. I clearly stated sa waiter na gusto kong gamitin ung existing card ko for my discount ang sabi niya bawal na daw gamitin dahil gagamitin na lang ung new card na ibibigay nila for my discount. NOT UNTIL I SAW MY BILL! Kung susumahin lahat ng inorder namin wala pang 2k ang total namin WITHOUT THE DISCOUNT, pag kasama discount around 1,600 lang ang babayaran. THEY CHARGED US 1,955 PESOS with discount. EH KASI ANG GINAWA PALA NILA CHINARGE NILA SAMIN UNG MILKTEA WHICH IS CLEARLY STATED BY THE WAITER NA FREE AND THEY CHARGED US INDIVIDUALLY SA INORDER NAMIN WHICH IS NA DEAL NA DAPAT OR FIXED PRICE! (Attached photo below) SANA BIGYAN NIYO NG PANSIN UNG GANTO. KUNG ANO ANG INORDER NG CUSTOMER YUN LANG ANG IBIGAY NIYO HINDI UNG KUNG ANO ANO DINADAGDAG NIYO MAKA KOTA LANG KAYO. AT ANG WORD NA "FREE" PO SA TAGALOG AY "LIBRE" BAKA HO NALILITO ANG MGA TAO NIYO DIYAN SA SM NORTH. GOODLUCK HO SAINYONG LAHAT, SANA YUMAMAN PA KAYO SA GANYANG GINAGAWA NIYO. 😚

I reached out to the Shakey's "WeCare" team to report an untoward incident regarding their crew at the Caltex Filinvest (Alabang) branch. I even presented dash cam footages and valid argument that my family's security may have been in danger.

However, all the response I got from their "WeCare" guys were just literally different versions of "we have forwarded your concern to the relevant department" blah blah.

No one ever bother to reach out to me, despite my explicit request, for reassurance that appropriate measures will be taken.

I ended up opting to file a police blotter instead.

(The comments from other complainants here vindicate that the company doesn't really care at all to address valid concerns. That makes everything about their business questionable.)

Extremely disappointed with the staff & the hospitality ,rude, unprofessional,disorganized ! Ruined mine and my partners dinning experience, will never visit or recommend this pizza place.
