Roman's Pizza - Pizza topping

Good Day,

I called Romans Industria at 16:29 t o place an order for the R99 special. I ordered x1 Margarita, x1 chicken, x1 russian and x1 mince. I requested extra toppings for the russian to be pineapple and the mince extra topping was jalepeno.

When I was ready to serve supper to my dismay there were no toppings but I was charged for it. Because of this no one ate those 2 pizzas. I tried calling the store to no avail.

this is totally unacceptable as I drove far to collect as they did not have a driver to deliver.
