Rocket Mortgage review: Pulling of credit reports

On July 28, 2023 I initiated the process of a refinance. It was requested that I unfreeze all of my credit reporting agencies account for a credit pull. I fullfilled this request and then refroze all accounts for my safety. It was requested again on 08/08/2023 that I unfreeze my credit reports accounts as another credit pull was required. Thi unfreeze was valid unit 08/12/2023. I was requested today to unfreeze all my credit reports and keep them unfrozen as the information that Rocket Mortgage and Amrock again did not receive the information that they wanted from the original two credit pulls. Rocket Mortgage and Amrock, I was advised today has been unable to communicate with the Credit Reporting agency they are having issue with and just wish to continue to pull credit reports until they get what they want, or as I was told, the loan is closed. They have requested that the credit reports remain open so they can continue to monitor my credit reports constantly, which is only able to be completed by doing a credit pull. This is not to my financial satisfaction. I wish an Executive from Rocket Mortgage contact me on this matter as every time I attempt to contact the individual from Amrock that is in charge of my case they are unavailable. Hi William,

I have spoken with the Underwriting leaders, they are saying that we need your credit report unfrozen throughout process since this is an application for new credit and it can cause issues if we do not have that done. They said that we cannot track credit through process like we need to if it is frozen which is why they are requesting that your credit report be unfrozen so that we can close the loan. I explained to them the fact that you have had some fraud alerts since we you had opened it back up to which they responded that the they have no leeway with this unfortunately.

I am waiting on a response from our appraisal team at present on what is going on with that as that is what the last piece of our puzzle is to get this taken care of. When I know more on that I will update you.

Desired outcome: To complete my request for refinance and ability to protect myslef financially by keeping my accounts frozen. A highly justified explaination will be needed to unfreeze my accounts beside we just want to look
