I’ve called MULTIPLE TIMES and sent two emails regarding
1) an additional escrow deposit;
2) removal of a canceled Homeowners Insurance policy;
3) I knew escrow evaluation;
4) the promised reduction in my monthly mortgage payment.
The automated email response came last week with the promise that they would be in touch with me. Of course, they have not gotten in touch with me and the changes to my online account have not been made nor has the monthly mortgage payment get been corrected!
Claimed loss: Amount increases with each passing month
Desired outcome: Respond to my email as they promised, remove the canceled Homeowners Insurance from my account, acknowledge receipt of the additional escrow deposit, conduct an escrow evaluation as promised, and reduce my monthly mortgage payment.
