I have used Personify now for 3 loans over the last few years, 2 while I was in College and the 3rd when i moved across the country, and i have never been dissatisfied with them. it is a quick easy application and they approved me with not a great credit score, they disburse the funds typically the next day, and allow biweekly payments based on your payday. they do have a high interest rate being an emergency loan type of lender, but there is no penalty for paying the loan off early and your interest rate lowers over time. Personify is the first place I will go if I need a loan

I've a loan with Personify for 6 months and they have performed exactly as promised during the entire time: the loan was funded quickly and as promised; payments were taken out on the date agreed; the interest rate & therefore monthly payment dropped without my request. A refinance was offered without my request and at a lower interest rate than I had had previously, with the same promised interest reduction as the initial loan. My entire experience with Personify Financial Services has been excellent. My current credit score was not wonderful; this loan has (and will) help improve that score. I highly recommend them.

Its a good thing to know there are some genuine and trustworthy people in this crazy world we live in, I got a recommendation for credit repair and that led me to West; he promised to fix my credit and remove every negative items not excluding evictions, repossession, criminal charges and to boost my score above 760 which he fulfilled after I contracted him. I was able to buy a house a few days after I pulled my report and saw the changes he made. If you need his service, you can reach him via his email " HACKWEST @ WRITEME. I spent 10 hours over the course of 2 days looking for a short term albeit high interest loan. Yep not the best way to manage money BUT if you find yourself in a jam Personify is the best option.I have done other short term high interest loans. Some interest rates can be 3 to 4 times higher than this. 300% and 400% interest rates are real things out there.This is still A LOT of interest but not insane. Application process was the quickest and easiest I have seen. I was approved in a few minutes and funding is due tomorrow. I will amend this if there is a major delay. So if you are in a tough spot and have to do this Personify is the best choice. Hopefully I will not be a repeat customer. LOL

Bias...BIAS...BIAS! Applied and received a loan. Made all of my payments, TWICE a month, on time! I am in "good standing." Six months later I needed to refinance. My financial situation did not change since I first applied AND received a loan from Personify. Applied for a refinance and was denied. I sent an email inquiring about why I was denied a refinance, the reps would not tell me why. Sent an email and all I received was a reply email saying that they will "contact me in two business days." It's been four business days and still no explanation. Once again...Made all payments ...ON TIME twice a month. My status: Active/GOOD STANDING. So why couldn't I've been refinanced for at least the state minimum loan amount?

Very fast and convenient way to get a loan, especially right now during the holidays when money is in short supply, trying to pay the bills, and also trying to enjoy the Christmas holidays with travel. I received the pre-qualified letter in the mail a couple of years ago, and finally I decided that I needed the extra funds. After the initial verifications, I was shown my options with some very great rates that definitely will not break the bank! I didn't need the full amount, I opted for a smaller loan of [insert loan amount] dollars, and the payment is only [insert payment amount] every other week. That is great with me, and I know that in the future when I get this paid off, I will be doing this again to fund my anniversary trip to [insert destination] one day! Thank you Personify!

I received a pre-approved letter that was good until September 2022. I didn't think I would need it because the company I'm thinking of financing my truck with only needed a minimum 5k down, per their website. I filled out the app and even with a 680 credit score, they now require 10k down. Sadly, I didn't have that much saved up. I decided to apply for this to get the extra funds. Being a company driver has been great for the last 6 years but with inflation and a sick parent, it's time to become my own boss. I have Personify to thank for my new semi, when I drive it off the lot soon. I read a disgruntled review above that said the reviews "must be fake" Well... THIS IS A REAL REVIEW WRITTEN BY A TRUCK DRIVER. Personify... thank you, good folks. My entire life needed this and I'll definitely have you paid back before long. Infinite thanks and many virtual hugs!

The Personify loan process was professional and clear. It was easy to navigate, and all of their commitments were promptly implemented just as their terms indicated. The funds were deposited well within their 1-2 business day commitment. In fact, the funds were posted the 1st business day, and my bank made the funds immediately available without delay. Which, to me, indicates that a major bank acknowledging their deposit as a credible, financial source. Some larger deposits sometimes take much longer to reflect as available simply due to the bank letting the transaction fully complete to assure its funding credibility. This did not occur with Personify. My bank evidently views them as a legitimate funding source. I am 5-star pleased with Personify on a 5-star scale. I highly recommend Personify if you can handle committing to on-time payments at a higher interest rate. Plus, there is no penalty for early prepayment. I consider that a double win. The interest rate is not for the faint of heart, though long-term, I give Personify a big nod once you read your terms and conditions to confirm they are right for your needs. They certainly were for mine.

At 5:39 this evening I received an email addressed to me but the spelling of the last name was completely incorrect and missing part of my email address, from Personify Financial declining a loan that had been applied for with Applied Data Finance d/b/a Personify Financial or its affiliate. After reading the rejection letter I immediately called the number attached to the Dallas, TX location. Nigel is who I spoke with and advised him that I never applied for a loan with their company nor Applied Data Finance or any of its affiliates and that I had never heard of any of them before. Nigel looked through their system and we verified my DOB, verified the spelling of my name several times, and the last 4 of my SSN. We even verified the city and state that I live in & he was unable to locate any application with my information attached. Nigel apologized and stated that someone with a very similar email address as mine must have applied and I was sent the rejection letter by accident. This is very concerning to me as I have been a victim of ID fraud in the past and that is why I am advising the ComplaintsBoard.com of this. I will also be making an information report with my local LE so that I have documentation. Now to wait and see if any of my credit monitoring shows anything from this company.

I gave 1 star because you have to provide a star-rating but this company does not deserve any stars because of the fraudulent activity it conducts, which is probably also the reason they are not an accredited member of the ComplaintsBoard.com. They sent me out of mailer which stated I was pre-qualified for a loan up to $7000. They also attached a pre-qualified code to enter once you applied online. I went online and applied, once you apply they give you offers based on your credit report which is the same credit report they used to send you the pre-qualified mailer. I received 3 offers, one for $1500, and two for $500 with the associated monthly payments attached. None of these are even close to the $7000 they claim I was pre-qualified for. I accepted the offer of $1500. I then had to enter my online banking credentials in order to access my online banking for them to verify my identity. I did this on what appeared to be a secure site with my bank. The site stated no one but my bank and I would be able to see my login credentials. My bank sent me a secure login code to my phone as a secondary line of defense for security purposes. Once I was logged in you could see the system in motion. After about 30 seconds or more a message popped up that stated their company did not have a program to fit my needs and my loan was therefore denied. This would have been acceptable if they had denied my loan before they provided me with 3 offers and allowed me to access my banking information. Since they waited until they had access to my banking information such as my full bank statements and other sensitive information leads me to believe something more sinister is going on such as Identity Theft and bank fraud, to name a few. If my loan was going to be denied I should have never been given offers after my credit report was pulled, but since they had me to go one step further convinces me what they are doing is illegal and why they are not accredited. My loan 202002150032A was paid on 10/27. The loan is still showing "Open" with a balance of 1198.00 as of 12/07 according to Transunion. I disputed the information twice with Transunion and both times, they received a response from Personify that the loan is still open and carrying a balance.

I can't get out from under this loan from PERSONIFY FINANCIAL and would really like some help. It was for a significant amount and I've been paying on it for years and it's still at 750. With covid, it's just becoming impossible, and I feel like I got tricked into the loan (not their fault). I really am hoping to just have them settle and consider my loan paid in full, please.

I don't want to deal with Personify Financial anymore. They keep adding interest and late fees when I make my payment on time. They are not abiding by guidelines that are ethical by charging interest almost more than the loan itself at a high rate. I would like to settle this account as they keep reporting that my account is past due and adding more fees and interest, and this isn't the first time they have done this. I am over it and stressed out enough from not having money due to the pandemic.

I received the loan in October, lost my job in december due to covid and the company is not helping at all given the situation. I have a 137% interest rate on the loan, which was originally for $3,000. I have paid $2,000 over the months but all of it has gone to interest. Only about $100 has been paid off on my loan. How exactly is this legal? You guys can tell me that there's nothing you can do but I don't buy it. This is taking advantage of people and should not be legal. This won't be the last you hear from me.

Milling company. This company's only purpose is to collect information and sell loans. They will run a hard pull on your credit report prior to your completing an application while advertising it as a soft pull. After denying you, they won't tell you why, but offer you to apply again in 60 days. They are loan sharks to people with bad credit. They have admitted they do not waste time on allowing people to complete applications prior to pulling their credit reports, which is insane as what if someone changes their minds mid application.

This is a review about Personify Financial. When I got a copy of my consumer report, I was so disappointed at the wrong information shown for debts that allegedly belong to me and I have no knowledge of those accounts. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 (a)(1)(A), the bureaus are required to share with me the original signed contract and any accounts that you post on my consumer report. If you cannot verify, then I'm going to need you to delete this from my consumer report so I can move on with my life. I demand that the following accounts be removed immediately that was reporting on April 13: The following account is not mine, and please delete from my credit report Personify Financial Account Number: [Account Number].

I was laid off due to COVID-19. I contacted Personify financial immediately to notify them and see what assistance they are offering. I was informed that qualified for 1 month relief of payments. The representative assured me paperwork had been filed on my behalf for this relief. In the week since, my account has been put into bad standing and I am receiving collections calls. I have had to call two more times to Personify to address this. I was told the first representative never filed the paperwork. Today I was told the paperwork was filed. I was also told my account is past do, will remain in bad standing, I will continue to receive collections calls and it will negatively impact my credit. I have been an excellent customer and have made every payment on time until I got laid off. COVID-19 is a pandemic that is crippling the world right now. I think what Personify is doing is cruel and wrong.

I recently checked my myFICO credit report and noticed that a company "Applied Data Finance" did a hard credit inquiry on my credit file on 04/08;I have never applied for credit with this company. After looking further I found out that this company is called personify loans. I reached out to the company to have them remove their hard credit inquiry from my report. They required that I fill out a fraud affidavit with a lot of personally identifying information; I told them that they were able to pull up my file in their system and I am uncomfortable sending all this information over the internet.They were unwilling to remove the hard inquiry.This ComplaintsBoard.com complaint can serve as my fraud affidavit, that Personify loans can use to conduct their investigation and remove their hard inquiry from my credit report.I have not applied for credit from them and would like them to remove the inquiry from my credit report.

I have contacted Personify several times in order to come to a resolution regarding my past due balance. I have been dealing with several family health issues. I do not want more deferment on the account. I would like a long term payment plan like ALL of Personify's competitors have offered. After regularly communicating with them, I continue to have no resolution other than to pay the past due balance in full. I also continue to receive harassing mail from them stating they cannot reach me and I have not communicated with them. These letters state because I have not communicated with them they will take various actions against me including wiping my bank account for the past due amount, suing me etc... I have made several attempts to contact Personify and I continue to have the same response which is "we have no options and do not offer extended payment plans". Then I receive threatening emails and mail stating I have not communicated. I am not sure how they say they put people first. I am a customer that is wanting to work with them and come to an equitable resolution for both parties. It is Personify who is not willing to work with me.

I've paid this account off early and in full. Never been late or had missed payments. They will not report my account paid in full and closed. This is causing a problem with me and my home loan. This account was paid in full February 2. I was told it will be reported and show March 16.
