Rocket Mortgage review: Most inflexible suppport staff anywhere!!

I have spent HOURS on Chat, Live Chat, and Live Agent calls and Rocket Mortgage dba Mr. Cooper has the most inflexible rules when dealing with newly transferred mortgages. In their own documents it says NOTHING about making a full payment prior to setting up bi-weekly payments. However, when you talk to support there is no flexibility in their “rules” and they provide ZERO help in setting up your new account. I have never seen such an absence of customer service as witnessed today. I will move my mortgage as soon as possible rather than do business with these people!
