Rocket Mortgage review: I am complaining about my now being with rocket mortgage I am being given the run around

I have called Rocket Mortgage put in mulltiple calls and talked with many persons and emailed information regarding my military taxt exemptions with tax county, no one gives me any correct information. I have no way to talk to people that know or understand whats happening with my tax bill being added into my mortgage amount despite them receiving information from madison county that i am tax exempt, i did not have this problem with wells Fargo. I did not ask for this new company rocket mortgage, but i feel like i have no choice but to maybe walk away from my home this company i a big joke no one knows anything i need help my loan number is [protected] property at 212 westwind drive madison county taxes, home address 212 Westwind drive i am on the phone with them now and they said they are charging me for taxes,

anything except your payment is due and where to, please help me
