Rite Aid review: Unanswered questions

We had been getting our prescriptions from a Rite Aid store in Spokane Washington for a few years when the cost doubled for the exact same medicines. When I tried to use a Good RX discount card I was told the Rite Aid 'discount system' was much better... even though the price of the prescription was still at double the amount originally paid... and here I have to add that the young lady 'in charge' was 'too busy' to deal with the Good RX card... and came across as a bit rude!
I then had an E-Mail survey from you asking if we were happy with our Rite Aid store, and I explained that we were very unhappy with what was going on. A few days later another E-Mail appeared asking if the 'solution' had taken care of our issue. I responded saying that I had never seen any 'solution' to the problem... and have never heard another word from you...
This is the last time I will be getting prescriptions from Rite Aid. There are numerous other stores that will be charge considerably less than Rite Aid and have a staff that is not so rude...
