Rite Aid New Rewards program

This new program is a terrible idea!

We’ve been customers for over 10 years. We were top level 20% off and we loved it!

We avoid Walmart and any box store to shop at Rite Aid!

Now we have no reason to shop here other than Rx and we might as well get those at a Walmart too. I don’t want my savings $ at some future date. I want it NOW!

Desired outcome: Change back to the old program so we continue as Rite Aid customers.

Rite Aid Loyalty Program

I have been involved in your 20% discount program for over 10 years, go in today only to be told, sorry, only 20% on Wednesday. Yes you are cutting your costs and so am I. If I only can shop on Wednesday I may shop somewhere else, not feeling the LOVE!

Rite Aid Refusal to change name for my children!

I have 4 young children in the system, all of whom have been adopted for years! Your company has several times refused to change names to new/ correct names. I find it rude that your corporation doesn't honor name changes of minor children, even after receiving new birth certificates.

I would greatly appreciate it if you would take the time and correct their names!

Also your customer service at 4:45pm. Location 220 mathis town road leh was extremely rude to myself and my son because we questioned why it wasn't/ couldn't be changed. We were informed that is there name so nothing can be changed and that she doesn't like our family!

Rite Aid Service dog not allowed in their store

I was told by the manger randy riese that I could not enter the store with my service dog... This is against the law.. Im protected by the americans with disabilities act and he actually challenged me to file a complaint, a horrible human being, which is why ive already got an attorney I dont have to make empty threats but this person broke the law

your store manager at the corona del mar location in ca. Randy Riese has discriminated against me and my service dog, not allowing us in the store, ive already retained counsel the store refused us in specifically the manager, not only that but he banned me from not only that store but every rite aid ever, how does one person have the ability to do that, because of him you have lost a lifelong customer, what you do about it is up to you ive given you plenty of information to move forward unless you just dont want to?

So yeah, they got the complaint however they stall by saying they need more information when I gave them every single thing they needed to pursue this only it appears rite aid is going to take the path of least resistance and do nothing...

after humiliating me not only did the manager tell me i was banned from coming back into their store because he wouldnt allow my service dog to enter, he then told me he knows i shop at the bayside store and that he already called ahead and told :Gloria" the manager there, not to let me in and he did the same with the San Miguel location...please, someone tell me how the manager of one small store has the capacity to speak for the entire Rite Aid corporation and ban me from shopping at any of their stores...this guy was a bully ...also, hes living quite the thug life on Facebook...

okay, i rarely, if ever, call a person out...however what this guy did to me this morning was humiliating. I went to Rite Aid to pick up a prescription , the manager Randy Riese told me I couldnt enter with Rascal, my service dog..when i protested he laughed and challenged me to file a complaint with corporate and made me leave, ive already filed the formal complaint but this guy is a perfect example of a small minded power hungry jerk...never shopping at Rite aid again

rite aid in Greensburg PA recently acquired the pharmacy I was a customer at, and I have tried to get a rx filled form this former store and cannot get through. I understand there is an employee shortage but if rite aid could not handle the extra customers than they should not have purchased hometown pharmacy or should have been prepare for the extra customers. they did a disservice to the customers of this pharmacy and should be ashamed of themselves for doing so. I need a BP refill. this is an important medication and if this is how I will be treated I will find elsewhere to go as I'm sure many others will.

Rite Aid Customer Service at #5855 store

I have been a loyal customer for Rite Aid for many, many years. I love your employees Terri and Trini from the pharmacy. I also get my prescriptions there. Lucy and Suzi from the front end are exceptional employees as well. That's what keeps me coming back.

I have been noticing that the evenings especially around 7-8pm, there hasn't been much help. I did talk with one new employee, I didn't get his name but a very nice young man. He was saying that the new hires come in early as well as both managers sometimes as early as 4am frequently. I have been there both early and evenings. On one particular evening at about 7:30pm, I did witness long lines and was told ice cream is being closed as early as 8pm. Can I ask why? If the store seems to have enough employees, especially 4 new hires, in the last 2-3 months. Why aren't these new hires available to work the evenings so there is enough coverage, especially to keep ice open later. Is this manager scheduling correctly? Doesn't seem like it. Thank you for your time.

Rite Aid Compliant against Pharmacist-Swamen

3950 Union Rd, Date: 2/12/2022, Time: 6:58pm

Professional conduct fail short on the above date. He displayed extremely rude and disrespectful behaviors, with an arrogant elevated tone that was also condescending. Behavior and attitudes of the Pharmacist must not be overlooked, dismissed, or tolerated. Emphasizing the importance of a pharmacist, is to maintain the professional tone and conduct the Pharmacy/Brand.

Desired outcome: RITE AID must provide the compassionate conduct by responsible people. Sick people, such as myself, must be treated with absolute dignity and respect. The tone of his voice quickly descended into an aggressive verbal explanation

Rite Aid haraasment

i have a disability, the cashier mocked me when i said so and asked me in front of everyone what exactly my disability was...when i defended myself and told her i didnt have to tell her that, she laughed at me, even worse she then accused me of shoplifting (which i proved i had nothing in my purse like she accused me of) and further embarrassed me in front of other customers...horrible

Rite Aid pharmacy people rude and snobby. also very scary how much little knowledge possessed when allowed to work in the pharmacy

on Wednesday January 26th I visited your rite aid store in Delphos Ohio. I've already had multiple problems with this store and don't know why I keep giving them a chance but here we are. I purchased a bottle of Gaviscon on the way to possibly going to the hospital d/t my fiancé having such bad acid reflux he had been having a hard time swallowing. the bottle I had assumed would come with a dosing cup. it did not, so I went to the pharmacy window to ask for one. the girl that came to help me did not look too pleased. I said I don't need to pay for this back here, but I was wondering if I could please have a medication cup cause there's not one with the bottle. she said we don't have any. I said none at all. she said no and sighed. I said Well what about an oral syringe. she rolled her eyes and threw her arms down and turned around and yanked one out of a bag of them from behind her. then handed it to me and said Well here you go even though that's not going to help you because it's not the size you need. well, the size I needed was 2 tsp which is 10mls and the syringe she handed me was 10mls. how if she don't know what dose I'm looking for does she know what size I need. and she's in the pharmacy. I'm a nurse and never have I come at anyone like that. I greeted her with a smile, and she returned my greeting with annoyance and frustration. she was downright rude and very unknowledgeable. it frankly scares me that we have this caliber of person working in the pharmacy. does she act like this all the time? does she really not know how medications are dosed? I sure hope this person doesn't handle medications because I'd be worried that they would be wrong and possibly hurt or even kill someone. this person shouldn't even work a register let alone be able to handle medications. I already have a hard time using this rite aid d/t the rudeness I encounter most of the time but now I'm almost scared to.

Desired outcome: would like to see this person maybe stocking shelves or working a front counter register. she really has no business working in a pharmacy.

Rite Aid Passport photos

On January 30th 2022, I came to rite aid to get two (2) photos for my aboriginal tribal nation. The store is located at 1410 Delaware Avenue Buffalo, New York 14209, store #03521.

The attendant/associate named Destiny, stated as I put my tribal headwear on to take my photos that the US Passport service will not allow me to use headgear. I stated that this is for my tribe and we are instructed to take photos with our headgear, she insisted that she can not take the pictures because the US will not accept them. I attempted to explain firmly that this was not for the united states passport. I explained I came in before and the cameras were not working, she was quick to make her own judgment and stated I was being rude and she will not take my pictures and told me to go somewhere else. The manager was extremely uptight, I stated I was not allowed to take the pictures and had to come back, it was because the RITE AID camera didn't work or wasn't charged. This staff member assumed she was an attorney and gave her own personal opinion of my situation, mind you, I was only there to take my private photos, pay, and leave. The experience seemed uncomfortable as several other customers were in the store, I felt attacked and my rights were violated.

Desired outcome: An apology, retrain their staff about human rights, teach them to be problem solvers and not problem starters. I will initiate my own private administrative process that will be sent to the store, CEO, and COO.

Rite Aid Pharmacy service in Lebanon, Oregon

I filed a complaint a few days ago and haven't heard back. Your head pharmacist refused to fill my 90 day prescription. He only gave me 30 days worth and wouldn't get the 90 days ordered in. I travel for my work. It is difficult for me to find a rite aide every 30 days to fill my prescription. The lack of consideration and the deceitful way your pharmacist used is unacceptable. He needs to be fired for being incompetent at his job. My prescription is for 90 days, not 30. That is plainly written on the prescription. I still need the remainder of my prescription filled. If I don't receive the rest of my prescription. You will continue to be challenged until it is filled. There is no excuse for a pharmacist to reduce my prescription just to satisfy him. I have had my 90 day prescription filled without any issues at this rite aid and other rite aid pharmacy.

Desired outcome: Give me the remainder of my prescription. I don’t have time for your pharmacist’s game playing. I need the rest of my prescription now.

Rite Aid Woman tried to attack me! Management did nothing!

Today... 1 18 2022 at approx. 5: 30 pm... A female asian tried to kick in the ladies bathroom door! While I was inside using the bathroom... This was very frightening... I was afraid to come out!... No one came to my aid to see what was going on!... I opened the door to get out... The asian woman started screaming out of control chasing me up and down the aisles!... I thought she was going to use a weapon!... Still no employees or mgr. Came to my rescue!... They did not call police or make a store report... There was no no no security!... I want you to contact me asap... I find this completely negligent on rite aides part. I thought she was going to kill me inside you store... J mar... [protected]

Rite Aid filling a 90 day prescription failure by rite aid pharmacist

I called in my prescription renewal. The prescription had expired, my Dr was contacted by Rite Aid pharmacy, I was notified by my Dr office that they had renewed my prescription with my pharmacy. I got a text from the pharmacy that my prescription was filled. When I went in to pickup my prescription the pharmacy only had 30 days worth of med not the full 90 day prescription. I asked if I could take the 30 days worth and pick up the remainder when it came in. The pharmacist said no, if I took the 30 days worth I would have to wait for 30 days until I could pick up the remaining 60 days worth. He said it would be in the next day. I chose to wait so I could get all 90 days of my prescription. I came in the next day to pick up my prescription and the remainder 60 days worth never came in. I told the clerk that I needed my meds as I had run out, so I got the 30 days worth and paid for it. I was told they ordered the remainder of my prescription and it would be in on the following Monday, it was Friday. I asked about the concern for getting the rest of my prescription, the pharmacist said that wouldn't be a problem. I didn't come in until the following Friday, I wasn't allowed to get the remaining 60 days of my prescription because I had paid for the 30 days prescription a few days prior. Your pharmacists at the Lebanon Oregon Rite Aid are the worst to deal with. They tell conflicting information and do nothing to rectify the problem. I want action taken for my situation as I was told that they were getting a lot of complaints. If you value your customers business you will fix this problem. I drove 30 miles one way 3 different times and till didn't get my prescription filled. That is unacceptable and all because of your pharmacists and Rite Aid policies. This needs to change immediately.My meds were for my heart condition, I take my health seriously, obviously Rite Aid doesn't care about it's patients.

Rite Aid Employee

Yes tonight my husband and I came in to get medications and once we were done, we went shopping and to play lottery. As we were doing this we could hear one of the workers talking about us while at lottery machine. I think it to be rude and disrespectful to talk about customers while they are still in store or not. My husband suffers from severe anxiety to begin with on going anywhere in public. Now I don't think he's going to want to go out for awhile. This type of service should not be tolerated, people are already struggling with doing normal things in general and to have manic issues make it even more difficult. To add to situation there was a gentlemen who came in we think was security, and we were thinking what could have been said, we did nothing besides come in to get meds and shop. Were not sure if were ever going to want to go back into rite aid again.

Rite Aid Bathroom emergency! Customer service from manager

I'm very disgusted and disappointed in this branch! I ask for bathroom as im here over 20 minutes for script and to be told cant give code to bathroom and to catch the other woman who is going! Really, to go back there and Noone was there! Manager had to come open with code on door with attitude as he was same man telling me to catch the woman. Very unprofessional as I have bladder issues and was here while waiting for scripts. This place is unstocked, unprofessional unpleasant and no ethics! I see why you have 3 stars as maybe you should have none! Please take my advice and retrain your Manager in here as he's very nasty and still had to come open door smh with attitude! I almost wet my pants in here! I've been here before and they gave code no problem so I'm confused what's going on here!

Rite Aid Pharmacy customer service

I went to the Rite Aid in Newport Beach on San Miguel. I had a prescription for Concerta. The Asian lady named Katie told me she would be right with me… There was no one at the counters she proceeded to make me wait for ten minutes I took a phone call while I waited for her she never came over. When I saw her typing away on a computer close to me I asked her if I can give her prescription She told me because I was on the phone she didn't come to me even though I was in the spot for drop off and she told me she would be right with me ten minutes prior.. I gave her the prescription and she told me that it was not in and that I should come back the next day and she gave me my prescription piece of paper. I asked her why she couldn't take it now and call
Me when it came in she said because they didn't have it... she was rude and inconsiderate and should not be working with people. I can take my business else where.

Rite Aid Still waiting to fill prescription over 12 days

This continues to happen at Rite after they bought out Bartell's Drugs & it is getting worst as time pasts. Prescriptions not being fill over hundred plus being behind everyday as stated by employees! Have call manager at store locations many times and only after 3 months plus they are still working on it. I have left many message at the Corporate office & I ask for someone call me back with answer & the only thing I keep getting in email is they are working on it!

Desired outcome: To fill prescription when three days.

Rite Aid poor customer service

On 12/23 I ordered medication and diabetic test supplies from Rite Aid in Kalkaska MI. this evening 12/28 I called to see if my order was ready. I was informed by the pharmist that they haven't ordered them yet. The pharmist was rude about this issue. They need to train the staff how to do the job or get staff that can do the job. I am a diabetic and being without medication and test supplies puts my health at risk but Rite Aid does not care.

Rite Aid Vaccine Appointment

At the Rite Aid Pharmacy in Canby, Oregon I was unable to get the vaccine shot scheduled for me. I arrived just before the appointment, but with over 15 people in front of me and each person taking almost 10 min I cannot wait hours for it.

I'm sure it's related to short staffing, but there NEEDS to be warning to appointees that it will take several hours. I can't imagine how many others couldn't get the vaccine due to the same issue.

This was a 3:40 pm vaccine appointment in Canby Oregon.

Worst service ever, I myself will never go into the store anymore, I have been living here in SanPedro ca for 45 years going to Thrifty drug store now Rite aide and never had a problem till today attitude staff member never again will I step foot in the store after today12/25/2021 my name is James Tymn and I will tell everyone that shops there to change there prescriptions and any thing they need to CVS

Rite Aid Pharmacy associate unfriendly and rude.

12/22/2021, prior to today a called was placed to make sure my spouse medicaion is receive and ready for p/up. A recording came on stating the pharmacy is closed at 6pm. Posted hours on entrances showed different hours on days of the week/end. Opening hours posted at 7am. Arrived at the store at 630am. Waited until 7:50am when two employees open-up. Pharmacy opened at 8:10 am. Top it off the female pharmicist asked who the medication, answered it's for my spouse. Gave her my spouse Military ID, she didn't even look at it threw it down on the counter. Gave her my spouse full name, date of birth, type of medication. She asked for my ID, handed my military ID. Asked for my DOB, gave it her, asked for my state dr.license. State driver license doesn't provide medical benefits, military ID does. This person has issues to military families. She did this on several occassions. The store in question: 2305 Oaklawn Blvd, Hopewell, Va...
