Clerk working in pharmacy
I don't have name of certain clerk that works at Rite Aid in McFarland, California. Every time I go she has a bad attitude and if I ask her something about why my insurance didn't pay more rudely she'll answer, you still have a copayment. Next time I go I'll make sure I get her name. I don't like how she answers to customers. We don't have to be treated like this if it wasn't for customers she wouldn't have a job.

Dear Staff, my doctor who is with state pain management has prescribed this medication since 2006 approximately. Rite aid has chosen to disregard the prescription saying that is what I need. I am willing to pay the difference if need be. Initially this medicine was prescribed by
by Cleveland Clinic due to a surgery I had that gave no help with severe pain. I have had 5 other surgeries, 4 car accidents that cause added pain
and have deal with that added pain. I have found good success with the above med. named. I had problems with Rhodes brand which I complained about. Rhodes has improved but I was right in the conversation with doctors to try to reduce taking this medication, when I was changed to Rhodes brand. Now my bodyis trying to adjust to this new medication. You (Rite-Aid corporation )don't know what that does to a person who has had these meds for so long. Please try to find out a persons history before you cut their medication off and force them to take medication that is foreign to the body. Corporate says the medication is too expensive. That can't be your stance. I have been on Rhodes brand for a month so I will have adjust to the Mallinckrodt brand again. Just try to find out about a patient s history. I shouldn't have to go to another drug company to get what I have been using for years. I'm going to be 80 years old, have come through quadruple heart bypass and repair of a valve and suppose to have hernia surgery in March. There will be another change because the hospital may not have the brand I take.
