Rite Aid - Pharmacy

Rite Aid store #02419
510 w. Marion Rd. Mt Geilad Ohio
43338. Phone... [protected].

All this started in September 2020. I moved my perception from rite aid in Lexington Ohio to Mt Geilad Ohio.
I was taking care of my mother with cancer. On September I brought her to my home in morrow co. Under Hospice, so I and her had to move are script to Mt Geilad Ohio. Store ID #02419. From the beginning they gave me problems. Just myself, Hospice did my mother's and it was fine. I was having problems getting my meds refilled.
They told me I had to call the R.A in Lexington to move them to the Mt Geilad store. I called rite aid in Lexington to send my script. to Mt Geilad. They told me that it's on the computer and R.A in Mt Geilad just needs to look it up and there was nothing else I had to do. Wrong ! I called them to make sure. They said no prob. Well, before I realized I was all most out of my medication, I would have to call them to get them refilled.
After week's of asking to put me on automatic refills. They started doing three months at a time. I couldn't afford them. So there were mouths that I didn't get my medicine
I was under so much stress I couldn't talk with them about it constantly. At window or inside.
Plus deferent people each time. Most were friendly. But one older lady that gave me the hard time no matter what. And she wount wait on me know, she has someone else do it.
I did try repeatedly ask them about it. They said that's what the doctor wrote.
That was odd to me because I never had that issue before. Plus still trying to get them to do automatic refills.
Now it's October 2020. Still having the same problems with them.
So, during this time in October my mother passed away.
So during October till now, witch is August 2020 I'm still having issues with them.
My main concern is on April 2020 the 3rd. I went in to Mt Geilad R. A to pick up my medicine. Witch was my pain meds. Only that perception. I got it and when I was done shopping and got home.
I went to get a pain pills. I noticed it didn't look right. So I counted them.
There was spose to be #90 count for one month. I counted them and their was only#79. So I quickly called R.A told the lady that answered the phone that I needed to talk to the pharmacist about my medicine not having the right amount. So when he answered, the first thing out of his mouth was...I didn't short you any pills, I have counted my meds. and I know you have the right amount the computer and the hand count was right.
I said how do you know that when I haven't even told you what was wrong. I said that you must have known that you shorted me before I said anything. He called me a lier and I told him you must be lieing about this. How could my pills disappear between you and the window?
So on the #3 or 4th of April I called the police and they came to my home and filled a reported about him taking my medicine. I did tell him I was reporting him. So I got his name...Steve Perry. Store #02419.
So there is a complaint on record with the police that this happened. I have been counting my pills every sense. Before I leave R.Aid. and I do it at the counter now in front of everyone and I let them no why I do it. The first time I did it Steve Perry was standing there. He never looked at me the whole time I was there. And to this date I'm still having problems with them. August 31st 2020. They wount hold my medicine no longer than a couple days and they'll put them back, so when I get there for pick up I have hour's I have to wait for them to refill them again. I never have less than an hour to wait. No matter what!
I never had a problem with the R.Aid in lexington .
I don't get automatic refills still. I have two that were refilled in August by automatic refill. Then I had to call for my #7 more that I need. If it needs a new script, there spose to call my doctor and get it for me. That's what the recording says when you call to refill. They wouldn't do it unless I complain or call the doctor myself. Do you know how hard that is when you can't even go to the doctor's or call because of the virus.!
I really liked Rite Aid and don't want to go to another pharmacy. So I'm still dealing with them. I'm to the point now where I'm forced to eather complain to corporate or move my perceptions or both. If nothing is done about this complaint, I will be forced to move to another pharmacy. Please let me know that this has been looked at, and what you're doing about it.
Thank you, Kimberly Weiler

P.S. The pictures are of #3 mouth perceptions. They now say they NEVER refill for #3. Mth. Well, this show's you they did.
