Hello, I am submitting a complaint against the pharmacy dept. at the address listed. Because of my insurance policy change I had to begin getting my medicine from Rite Aid. For the last 3 years it has been anything but "good customer service". The employees seem stressed and impatient every single time I go to pick up medicine. I tolerate this. What has become intolerable is the fact that the medicine is rarely filled at the assigned time whether it's the next day pickup or 3 days later pickup. Then to top that off many times some of the prescriptions were not filled at all! I have been shorted on a specific medicine a number of times which leads me to believe this prescription has some street value. And last, on several occasions some of the technicians and the pharmacist have not behaved "normal". Very scattered and clearly not focused. I can surmise I am not the only customer this is happening to since I encounter other customers very angry and complaining with the employee behind the counter.
I will be forwarding this complaint to my insurance as well as to the company I work for (Boeing Aerospace) in hopes we can get Rita Aid off our provided location for medication suppies. I somehow doubt this complaint will get any attention since I hardly believe this is the first complaint addressing this store. However I did want to follow the proper steps as I elevate my complaint. Vici Doubek
