Need a Strict action against it if this one is Fake

Sir,
I had been to USA to visit my son and and daughter from 25/7/2016 to 13/1/2017. I was not available in India when demonitzation was declared with Government Order to deposit the old notes in Bank for exchange. I was under the impression that the notes can be exchanged in RBI, Chennai after my return to India. To my disappointment, I was not permitted to enter RBI office in Chennai with indifferent attitude of security official posted there. This has put me under great harassment .
I request the concerned official to advise me in this regard and resolve the issues for exchanging my old notes in RBI, Chennai.

I received email and in this mail it shows letter from RBI. Searching on net, I come to know it is a fraud mail. But in this mail how can type and send the mail on behalf of RBI. RBI have to take such action against this kinds of email. Also I attached the word file which I received through email (r. [protected]@yahoo.in) ([protected]@outlook.com)

I got many mails like this below I am pasting whole mail I got from rojas, cosette which can be definitely a fake person. I hope it will help rbi to take action on this kind of spam mails and I request rbi to make more protection about their employee and website information so that general public won't get cheated.

I am being harrased to pay $31, 100 supposidly for a cot fee for the rbi to wire my inheritance funds to me of $30.100.000 left to me by eng. Jurgen krugger. This what i believe is a scam has cost me over $125, 000usd. The man who is hassling me now for the cot fee said he is raghuram rajan the new ceo of the rbi the previous man said he was dr. D. Subbarao governor of the rbi the old governor. I believe both these men are real but fraudsters are steaing their identity to scam me of more money
