Republic Services review: The worst customer service I have ever seen!

I have had Republic Services picking up our trash for two years now. The rates have increased by $70.59 a quarter over that period.
Their truck damaged the container. I called them once a month for 6 months before they replaced it. Then the missed pickups, which occur on average every 7 weeks. You call in your placed on hold for over an hour. Then they say there is nothing we can do for you. NO MORE.
