Republic Services review: The trash picker personnally take a revenge to customer.

About 6 weeks ago, one of my family member accidently took a recycle bag put it in Green Cart for yard waste and food waste. The trask picker see it and refuse to pick it up, I have to called in your offices 4 times to get someone pick up.
Since then I educated my whole family not to do it any more. Everyone obey it seriously. Now 6 weeks later, the same picker who have refuse again and claimed that we put recyle bag into green cart again, this time he left the warning letter and stated exactly as above.
Dear Republic Services Company.
We hasve learn a lesson 6 weeks ago, and I personnally inspect the trash every week to make sure nothing mix up. This time we using small trash bags to contain waste food and vergetable, And he don't care what is inside and accused us to put recycle bags into green cart.
If I don't use bag to contain it, he must think we should just dumps everything of waste food into big cart ?
I think this trash picker just targetr us and do not want to pick up the trash!
I respected your company to hire a good workers and with someone going out to pick a fight with customers likle this is unbeleivable.
Please investigate the issues and let me know what is wrong with this person?
