Republic Services review: Garbage pickup

Our garbage man has not picked up our garbage in 4 weeks. I have called and complained every time, and nothing is being done. We have surveillance cameras and it shows him drive by our house and go to the neighbors and take their garage. When I call, they say he will come back that day and then it is he will come back on Monday. What a shock he never shows up. This is getting ridiculous. They just keep telling me they are going to escalate it and nothing is getting done. I dont know what else to do.
