Republic Services review: Failure (twice) to pick up my garbage bucket

05/14 original incident: driver missed 7 buckets on our cul de sac. I made a call that afternoon, pickup was scheduled for 5/15
05/15 pickup driver with trailer did 6 buckets and left mine full. He may have been upset with me because I asked him to get all 7. He repiled "only 3 called in to complain". So he left mine full. Seems deliberate to me. After 3 more calls to your service center I was promised by a supervisor he would come back on afternoon of 05/15 but he did not. Now I am scheduled for 05/18. This is NOT the service I pay for.
