Rent-A-Center review: Returning customer cant get credit from previously renting and buying from RAC

I have bought many items and rented many items over the years, I returned my washer and dryer and bed set previously, as as i read in the policy book it states that you can get credit for 6 months of payments over life time, i have called the new local store, customers service and everyone acts dumb when they here this says i have not been a customer, can't find my account, keep transferring me to different stores, I have spent thousands of dollars and currently with Aarons rent to own, I am very disappointed and will be staying with them since Rent a center can't seem to hold to their policy that is actually posted online as well as on paper when i signed to get my appliaces, tv, bed sets, tv stand and washer and dryer, and all my kids bedroom sets over the years.
