I purchased a sectional sofa under Order ***. I was told if the price reduces in the next 14 days, I would get a refund. The website today shows 15% sale and the coupon I applied, is valid on "sales". However, the company is saying its a promotion and not a sale, even though the word sale is what appears on their website.

On January 14 I bought 2 carpets online and paid extra for home-delivery. When I received the order, I realized that I had been delivered the wrong carpet. I contacted the customer service department in writing by email since there is no way to speak to someone by phone. After 3 days of waiting, I received an answer: they informed me that the carpet I ordered and paid for was no longer available and offered me a $50 credit in store to compensate, which did not even cover the price of the carpet. Since the nearest store is more than 20 km away and I don't have a car, this offer was not acceptable, which I wrote to the company. I requested that the credit be applied to my credit card. After another 2 days, I was then told that I had to go to a post office myself to return the carpet. Again, this situation was not acceptable since the box is 5 feet high and I don't have a car. They also told me that still had to pay half the delivery price. I was then told that I could make my own arrangements to have the package picked up and returned to the company after which I would be credited. Considering the delays in responding to a simple email and the fact that the company is not even able to deliver the right products, I indicated that this was not acceptable since I don't want to wait months for a refund. It has been 4 days since I wrote back to customer service and since then, I have not heard from them and there is no way to contact the company by phone and to speak to a customer service representative.
