On February 12th we paid in full for a used power reclining love seat. It camevto us damaged. We called to report this and complain an hour after delivery. The mechanism on one side catchesvso badly it jerks the whole thing and the cushions on noth sides are so over used they are both compressed to the point that when sitting you are at an angle of aboit 20 percent

Claimed loss: 1500.00

Desired outcome: Refund our money or FINALLY replace the damaged/broken furniture. Also we tried to upload pictures n a video but ur site glitches and wont allow it
