Hello, my name is Melissa I have complaint about the rent a center on grand in fort smith about us not being able to make a payment for five days i have told them more than once that we do not have the money until the 22nd they do not want that and said we cannot keep our word and that they want the money today or it will be picked up while the other person that works there said that they couldn't because of customer damage
so i am confused about what is going to happen at this point
