Rent-A-Center review: A power reclining lovecseat (used)

We paid in full for a used power reclining loveseat. They brought us a broken piece of furniture.
One one side the mechanism catches when reclining andvwhen it breaks free it shakes the entire piece.
Also, the cushions on BOTH sides are so compressed from over use you are forced to sit at an angle of about 20 percent. We are elderly and this position has caused us both a lot of back pain.
We tried for 3 months to get a replacement. Then we said forget it just give us back our money and take back the broken furniture.
It's been nearly 5 months now and we're being forced to take them to court.
Although we bought a used piece of furniture I believe we had a reasonable right to expect furniture that is in good working and physical condition. Instead of making good on this like they should have months ago, they've virtually ignored us, hoping we'd just go away.
We want our money back.
