Hi
Sold our house and moving to a new house. Called Reliance and told them that the buyer of our house is taking on the rental for the Hot Water System.
We want the Soft Water System to go to the new house, we're told it's not transferable and we have to buy it out for $2800 plus tax.
It's a rental, why should I pay for it, seeing we want it at the new house!

Desired outcome: Transfer to the new house.
