August 11,2026, a technician repaired my A/C, he replaced the capacitor , and it was all done in approximately in one hour. and I was charged $429.00 plus taxes, so the total bill was $484.77. According to your REPAIR PRICING, I was charged at Repair Level 2, it should have been at Level 1.
I don't appreciate being over charged,
If I have to, I will contact Alert at CTV, they like to resolve Customer Issues

Desired outcome: Amount of repair charges to be adjusted
