Chad was very thorough in determining the issue with my AC. I Asked if he was going to do my furnace checkup - wasn't on his schedule altho I had asked when I scheduled my AC appointment in the first place. He said he would and stayed to complete that.

I was impressed by the service & knowledgeable associates. They were professional & provided us with many different options based on our needs. I like the fact we were able to pick out our replacement system & was not pressured to buy a high priced system. Would definitely recommend.

The technician called to notify me he was on the way and gave me an estimated time of arrival. He was knowledgeable and efficient and explained the problem and the solution. He also provided his recommendation for various levels of service based on my immediate requirements. Both he and his assistant/trainee were courteous and friendly.

Was very impressed with everyone I worked with at CJS Heating and Air..they were compassionate, professional, prompt..provided excellent customer service! They were wonderful..helped me secure financing..and installed a new furnace for me in "less than"... 24hrs! They truely care about their customers ..I will pass their name on any chance I get to do so! Great Group!

AMAZING...first time experience with CJs. Everyone from customer service staff...via phone to the on-site service technicians were excellent with customer service. A very customer-centered company. Also, very supportive of veterans. I will and have already started to spread the word to my friends and neighbors. CJs is my go to company for heating and air needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I called Saturday morning because my heat wasn't working. About 30min before the service tech arrived I received a text saying he was on his way and a picture of the service tech. Pat the service tech was very professional and very determined to troubleshoot and fix my problem. Once he found the problem and fixed it he did a complete check of the system to make sure it was running properly.

CJS installed my furnace air conditioner five years ago every year a clean courteous professional comes out and checks my air conditioner in my furnace to make sure everything is running right these guys are really professional they know what they're doing and I do it right I would recommend CJS anybody's looking for a good professional heating air-conditioning company to service and install

We had a great experience. The techs that came out to install our new system were timely, polite efficient and communicated any problems or issues that came up. There was a wiring issue the would not allow the system to operate correctly and they were very forthcoming and explained that they were able to get the system operating so we would have heat and they would return to correct the issue. Although not ideal I am pleased they communicated this with me and explained we would not be without heat. I am very happy with the CJS TEAM.

I had my furnace service check through the membership club after joining back in June this year when I had my AC service check. The technicians were both courteous, mindful of care (used shoe covers while walking through the house) and thorough and informational regarding all the checks performed, especially my furnace tech today. I am very pleased with this company. I had CJS recommended to me and I'm happy to recommend them as reputable and timely. Good scheduling team, too, and I was kept updated throughout for both appointments.

I had a pre-scheduled appointment with CJS this morning to perform Fall HVAC maintenance at three different properties, beginning at 1200. I missed a call at 10:15 from CJS but they did not leave a voicemail. I called them back and the the person I spoke with stated the technician is not available today. Really? It took this company 1.5 hours before the appointment to figure that out, and now I have to coordinate/reschedule three properties! What makes it especially irritating is this is the second time CJS has screwed me a couple of hours before the appointment they made with me. So frustrating--and of course the person on the other end has no idea why this occurred. I will reschedule (because I have to)--we'll see what happens.
