Hi When took protection plan in oct 2023 the rap said just 12 months contract after that you can cancel any time, today when I called to cancel she said you can't cancel your plan because your Anniversary comes every oct 11th, its renwed auto & we sent email to you but I did not receive any email. I don't understand when you provide the plan that time no one explain. really bad service also rap name was Maria she hang the phone on me. Plz do not get any service from them
