In February 2026 the furnace at our house, 268 Carrie Street, Strathroy Ontario stopped working. We called Reliance. Salesman pushed premium furnace & AC for rental, we agreed. A 'Bonus' for this purchase included the installation of a Reverse Osmosis water purifying system. The RO system was not installed correctly and on March 1st, 2026 the main water feed line to the RO, which had not been properly tightened, burst and resulted in the flooding of both the top kitchen floor and the entire finished basement apartment.
Claimed loss: All attempts to get local Reliance Service to complete the work has been futile. Communication with Reliance Technicians & support is futile.
Desired outcome: 1 - Finish the HVAC systems installed by Reliance.2- Financially compensate us
