i got a new hvac from lees air, plumbing, & heating and i'm super happy with it. the sales people were really good at explaining everything and the installers were super nice and professional. they knew what they were doing and did a great job. i would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs hvac work done.

I'm givin' Lee's Air only 1 star cuz I gotta. So many issues! In November , I had Lee's Air come out to check my heatin' system and bought their Club Advantage Membership. Yesterday, I had Lee's Air come to check my plumbin' with some specific issues in mind. They gave me an estimate that was crazy expensive ($3,300 for a water heater, $600 to replace a bathroom faucet with a builder grade faucet). They said I didn't have the Club Advantage membership (supposed to get 10% off service). I had to dismiss the plumbers so I could call the office to get the situation addressed. Lee's Air relented when I told them I had the invoice and "honored" my membership and scheduled a re-visit from the plumbers. This mornin', I got a curious call from Lee's Air to schedule my re-visit. When I told them I already had a time scheduled, the person said she was in charge of schedulin' and that I did not have an appointment. I insisted on the same time. Then she quoted me the "discounted" price for the services I requested when the plumbers were at my home. The new estimate (with 10% discount) was higher than the price quoted me by the plumbers without the discount! I don't know what kind of upside down world they live in at Lee's Air but I call it a rip off! Never doin' business with them again!
